From my first contact with Precision, their employees impressed me with their professionalism and helpfulness. Patrick M re-bolted my door which was coming apart while we discussed the best doors for my detached garage. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Mike O who installed my doors. Mike spent time at the end of a very long day to explain maintenance, warranties and other recommendations for my new doors. I highly recommend Precision!

Having used Precision Door Service at our previous house we did not hesitate to call your company when our garage door would not open at this house. I called at 7:00am and after giving some information to the rep. that answered the phone I was pleasantly surprised when she said that someone would be out that day between 8:00am & noon. I was equally surprised when Daniel called and said he would be arriving at around 8:20am. When Daniel arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem; gave us 3 possible options & a recommendation. Choosing option #2 he quickly went to work and installed a new rail, opener, interior and exterior pads and 2 new safety beams. From start to finish approximately an hour. Daniel was very informative, professional and neat. I will not hesitate to recommend your company and Daniel. Job well done.

I got in my garaged car the other morning only to discover my garage door would not open. I called precision at 8:15 am and Dan arrived at 9:15 am., He was polite ,explained what was wrong made a few recommendations, and got to work right away and fixed my door in no time at all. Boris came out to give us an estimate for a new garage door. He was professional and most helpful. We ordered a new door but we had to have our current door repaired. Boris took care of scheduling Pat to come out the next day. Pat came out to repair the door and he was very nice. Pat repaired the door so we can use it while we are waiting for our new door. I selected Precision because of the selection your company offers.

I prefer Precision over the other garage door repairs I've had in the past - the Techs are prompt, always on time, polite and professional - I trust their expertise to know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and efficiently - my most recent repair done by Jeremy & really, you could not find a nicer guy - he checked everything out thoroughly and was patient and respectable toward me as a senior with a severe hearing impairment. You pay for quality parts and service is top of the line. I recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs parts, repair, whatever you need and as customers, we want service ASAP...we got it, and what a relief to get that garage door open again !! We had a new garage door installed 6/21/21. Our installer was very informative and courteous. He answered all of our questions and had a lot of patience and did a very nice job on the clean up. We love the new door!!!!
