My wife and I were in dire need of our garage door fixed last night 1/24/2020. I googled overhead door and yours popped up first. It was very convenient to actually chat with a live person and explain our situation. It was absolutely easy to set up an appointment with a reasonable time frame. The next morning, I was greeted with a text from your place saying Dan (had a picture of him) would be calling me shortly. He did just that, and arrived by 0800. He was very easy to talk with and work with. He at first stated I would need to replace my garage door. But after a second look, he thought he would be able to salvage my unit. He replaced parts as he went along and explained why they needed fixing, mostly because they were bent. He installed a Boeing arm and once the unit was completely put back in, it worked better than before. The price was right. The explanation was thorough. Dan was great to work with. If needed in the future, we will call your first. Thanks again.

Dan came out to my house to fix my garage door. He was very professional & took great lengths to explain all the options available to completely fix my problem. Unfortunately I needed new parts that had to be special ordered. Got a competitive price matching quote. Awaiting new parts to arrive & he’ll return to install them. Nothing but a great experience. Precision Doors has been out several times to repair my old garage door, saving me the expense of replacing it. They are professional and courteous and I have always been able to schedule a prompt appointnent. Eric has been my technician several times including today; he is thorough, polite and takes the time to show me his findings and explain his recommendations. I advised Eric that I like to perform simple home maintenance tasks myself; he showed me the correct way to perform routine lubrication of my door and opener. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Needed a tech to come-out an diagnose opener problem after storm/power outage. Dan gave me a call 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was on his way and would be there at scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within a half-hour, and that was with completing the entire safety inspection. Would very much recommend Precision Door.

I could not be happier. I called this morning (the day before Thanksgiving) and the woman said that someone could come today. By 10:30a.m. a tech was here and installed a new opener for us. Completely done in one hour. The tech was very professional and friendly.

Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion. I have been in my home for 15 years and never had anyone check it and I have no idea how long it had been before that.
