The technician showed up on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He examined my garage door and showed and explained each issue with me. He was up front and honest. I had been dreading this interaction but was quickly put completely at ease. The workmanship was professional and complete. My garage door is functioning the way it should. Your technician Mario was wonderful. He was here right on time even a little early. He was very courteous and knowledge. And done in under an hour. He diagnosed what was wrong and we decided to replace our old opener with a new one. Its sooo quiet, I love it . I also love that it came with a wireless keypad on the outside. Thank you. Hopefully we will enjoy it for years to come.

Lost my business because individual who gave us the information did not take the time to tell us anything about the door or the opener he was quoting or any alternative options. Nor did we get any kind of breakdown on the cost of the door and the opener, just gave us a total.

the estimator came out quickly, was very helpful and courteous. The installer was here at the time said, and did a very good job. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. I received phone calls before they arrived which is helpful to narrow it down.
