Although we had to wait for installation during this pandemic time, the complete installation went spectacularly well! We had the entire garage door, motor, mechanisms and remotes replaced. The men were quiet, worked efficiently, answered questions when we had some, and overall were respectful. Explained the workings of the door, motor and remotes fully, with demonstrations. Double checked their work, swept up, carried away the old door with scraps and actually cleaned the new door and all workings before leaving our residence! We highly recommend and promote this business!

Patrick was personable and consultative when showing me options for new doors. Currently, I am doing a complete remodel, so the purchase will be put off until that is completed. The day I called was the day I got a new garage door opener, ably installed by Dan -- and explained thoroughly before he left. A power surge had zapped the garage door opener. Dan came out the same day I called, explained my options, did NOT try to upsell me, but did explain what else might happen, replaced the door and all in all, it was a very good experience. I'd not only recommend them, I'd purchase another one from them if I had another garage door.

Hi William, Just had Anthony leave my house and he did a great job. He was very nice and extremely professional. My only issue, and I won’t post this as a review, is he installed four new garage door sensors at $180.00 pair. I just looked on Amazon and the same sensors are $32.00 pair. I totally understand you need to be profitable but to me that’s a bit excessive wouldn’t you say? It’s not a big job to connect some wires but thought while he was here I’d have him do it I never thought those sensors were that inexpensive, but that‘s on me, lesson learned, I should have checked. It’s to bad because I’ve used Precision a few times and the service is very good. I just can’t deal with that kind of mark up. I won’t post this cause I should have known better and that’s not really my style. You wanted a favor regarding my post, there it is. Unfortunately I was looking for a favor today from Precision, to be charged fairly, , we’ll I guess we both know how that turned out. Have a great day!!! Mark Perna

I have never been so impressed professionally and from the minute I contacted the receptionist I was blown away by your attention and attitude to get me up and running! In less than 1 hour Mario calls and then comes to our house. Springs broken and unable to enter. This man has the work ethic of 100% plus! Mario completely righted the very poor job done sub standard by the builder of Amber Meadows. ( Adams’s door and they had “ no availability “ til the next day. I told them I was a repeat customer and President of the Association of 44 homes and was not able to enter my home. That’s when I called Precison! In a matter of minutes it was on the docket. Needed to replace my 20 year old garage door after it froze to the ground and called Precision Door. The technician made a temporary fix (at no charge) while my door was being manufactured. The tech that installed to door was efficient and friendly. We did have an issue with my old sensors, but they replaced them at no charge and my door is now functioning perfectly. Thanks!
