We are very happy with both our salesperson, Jason, and our install technician, Mike. Mike installed the door and opener in the time promised with no interruption to me, and he and his team were timely and efficient. The door is beautiful and the opener is quiet!

I contacted your company because of your outstanding reviews and I am so glad I did. Our garage door was 36 years old and we knew it was time for a replacement when it cracked and bent in several places. I used the online service to make an appointment and called later to confirm. Your appraiser Jeff and an associate arrived on time and were outstanding in their presentation. They explained the process for replacing a garage door and opener and they were of great assistance in helping me select a new door. An extremely reasonable appraisal was presented for my review which I enthusiastically accepted. I must insist on a six star review because before your employees left they maneuvered our broken door to lower it into a completely closed position which insured the safety of the contents in our garage as we await our new door. Wow! What a major difference. I am completely blown away by the quality and appearance of this brand new garage door. Our installer (Travis) was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. The overall customer experience was second to none. No complaints. Sent a rep out right away to assess my problem and provide options/quotes. Once the door came in, installation was scheduled that same week. Mike Okonzak handled the installation and was excellent. Work was completed in a timely manner, looks to be good quality work, and Mike was very knowledgeable explaining operation & maintenance of the door.

Although we had to wait for installation during this pandemic time, the complete installation went spectacularly well! We had the entire garage door, motor, mechanisms and remotes replaced. The men were quiet, worked efficiently, answered questions when we had some, and overall were respectful. Explained the workings of the door, motor and remotes fully, with demonstrations. Double checked their work, swept up, carried away the old door with scraps and actually cleaned the new door and all workings before leaving our residence! We highly recommend and promote this business!

Dan arrived promptly at 8:00. He reviewed the condition of the door and opener pointing out that the door was an old model. He pointed out a broken spring and also pointed out and offered to replace other parts (rollers) that could be replaced. I chose to only replace the broken springs and he quoted me a price for the service. I agreed and he quickly replaced the parts that needed to be replace3d and also replaced some missing bolts that was causing the door to have an erratic movement. Finally he explained some maintenance alternatives to keep the old parts from needing to be replaced in the near future. I will abide by his recommendations. Thanks.

Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. Eric was also able to suggest some adjustments on my garage door opener and went above and beyond to do the repair work correctly. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

Patrick was personable and consultative when showing me options for new doors. Currently, I am doing a complete remodel, so the purchase will be put off until that is completed. In the meantime he fixed my old door which was jammed, in under 20 minutes. It is such a relief to be able to use that door with contractors coming and going. Thank you Patrick!

I've had my garage door for two year, I love it, it's, quiet, functional and attractive, and a life time warranty, can't beat that! This is the first time I've had Precision come since it was installed, just for a tune up and that will be good for at least 10 years, that is peace of mind for me. My technician, was prompt, and knowledgeable. A good product and a good company.

The day I called was the day I got a new garage door opener, ably installed by Dan -- and explained thoroughly before he left. A power surge had zapped the garage door opener. Dan came out the same day I called, explained my options, did NOT try to upsell me, but did explain what else might happen, replaced the door and all in all, it was a very good experience. I'd not only recommend them, I'd purchase another one from them if I had another garage door.

First I want to say why I chose Precision. When we couldn't open our garage door and had an appointment to get to, you came out and helped us and let us get to our appointment. Now, the review. Anthony serviced our door. First, he called to let me know he's coming and on what time. He was right on the button. He was courtous, and very helpful. He did everything we asked and gave a quote BEFORE he did the work. Great service.

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech

Mike and Dan were very experienced, professional, efficient and neat installers. We have every confidence that our garage doors were installed properly, and that the doors themselves are good quality. Chrissy, in the showroom, helped us pick out the door type and style. She was extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help to us. She showed us all our options and guided us to something appropriate for the style of our home. She did a great job! Based on our experience, we would recommend this company without hesitation.
