Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. Our door works well and it’s good to know we have a strong company and a guarantee to back up the investment we made.

I give the front office a one star rating. I did not have a problem with the service technician he did a fine job. Purchased a new garage door two years ago. Now I am having trouble with the finish on the garage door. Two days ago a service technician looked at my problem and I have not heard a word from the office yet. Hopefully somebody will contact me soon thank You.
Where right on top of that Art. There is nothing wrong with the finish. Some insulation go on the back of your door during the manufacturing process and has yellowed over time. We have a way to clean it off and refinish the discolored parts.

I will never use Precision again. I called for service and immediately, I was trying to be sold an upgrade. Three times I explained my request for service only. Others should ask for a service Tech instead of a sales rep. When I do replace my door, I will choose someone else.
Well, when you need a new door, you need a new door. We're not in the business of telling you what you want to hear. I hope you consider someone else to repair it when it falls apart, as it won't be our fault.

24/7 service and weekend appointments prompted me to contact you. Your Customer Service Representative was very helpful, kind and courteous and was able to get a repairman dispatched to us on the same day (late Saturday afternoon). Robert contacted me prior to arriving at our home to give me an expected time of arrival and he actually arrived a few minutes early. Robert looked at the situation and explained what was going on and then gave us three repair options and he thoroughly explained each option and answered any questions we had pertaining to the repair. We chose Option #2 and Robert went right to work in the bitter cold and not very well lit circumstances and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently plus he identified a wiring problem with our remote access sensors and after speaking with his Supervisor gave us a great quote to come back and fix the wiring problem. Robert was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all of the problems with resolutions and was able to quickly fix the problem in no time at all. He also explained what we would need to do to keep all of the new moving parts operating smoothly. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door (especially Robert) and will tell other friends and family about your outstanding service and the great experience I has with your company. The team that assisted me during these bone chilling temperatures so that we would be able to get my Mom to dialysis today (Monday) were awesome! The garage door when it goes up and down is very quiet sounding and works more smoothly. Can't thank you and your team enough for the assistance -- we are so grateful.

My old opener would not close using the remote, only the hard wired button. Mark checked it out and told me the opener was from 1994 and generally openers only last around ten years. He installed a new one, checked the overall operation of the door, lubed the roller, and checked the springs. He arrived when he said, was very courteous and informative. I would not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend them.

From day one the quality of service and professionalism was top notch. Matt - the Technician, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous. He removed the old door, hardware, and automatic door opener. He then installed the new door, hardware, and automatic opener. He cleaned up everything (you wouldn't even know he was there).He explained all the features and operation of the new opener. you can't do a complete job. other door firms can do carpentry work.
We are not a framing company or general contractor, therefore, we do not alter structures. If you have a 2 doors you would like turned into one you'll need to hire a framing contractor to pull a permit to alter the load bearing framing and replace the header of your structure. We turned down your job for that reason. Best of luck with the renovations

My garage door had a broken center hinge, a rusty vertical track, the center bearing plate was pulling away from the wooden header, and the door needed another horizontal strengthening strut installed. Other components of the system were showing signs of wear due to their age. The repair specialist sold me on the "option A rebuild package." He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I'm very happy with the finished product. My only regret is that I didn't get competitive quotes and shop around a little, like I normally would. I looked up the parts online and found that the costs didn't add up. Instead, I just wanted it taken care of as soon as possible, and the repair specialist offered to do the work on the spot. In summary, I'm very happy with the work, and would recommend Precision to others. I would just suggest that you might want to get a few competitive quotes to compare prices.

We called and they came out the very next day. Our Tech was Patrick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us a few things we might want to consider in the future as the garage door is quite old. He fixed the rollers and Wala the door opened and closed VERY QUIETLY (yea). We would not hesitate to have them come and do the other work. Patrick was a real sweetheart !!! Great employee !!!!! I must say that I appreciate that you can see your teck on the site. Even though my husband was home It gave me a sense of security. More so if I was a woman home alone.
