This is an exceptional company. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to eliminate a noise problem. Pat Murrett was my technician today and eliminated the noise by replacing the chain rail. Great Job Pat. To my surprise, the replacement was under warranty, which Precision honored. Not only will I continue to call Precision to service my garage but I've told others to do the same. The one thing I noticed was that the same technicians are working for the company since I had my door installed - very little turnover (if any) means the company is great to work for and even better for their customers!!

The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.

I called around 11:15am for service and technician was at my home by 12:20pm. Although they are not the cheapest company as it relates to repairs they use a better product and do great work. I would recommend them.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! From the person I spoke with on the phone to schedule my service appointment, to the technician (Matthew) who did the work - everything was A+ all the way. The people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, efficient and clearly wanted to make sure I had my needs taken care of. Plus the price was totally reasonable! I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.
