Dan arrived promptly at 8:00. He reviewed the condition of the door and opener pointing out that the door was an old model. He pointed out a broken spring and also pointed out and offered to replace other parts (rollers) that could be replaced. I chose to only replace the broken springs and he quoted me a price for the service. I agreed and he quickly replaced the parts that needed to be replace3d and also replaced some missing bolts that was causing the door to have an erratic movement. Finally he explained some maintenance alternatives to keep the old parts from needing to be replaced in the near future. I will abide by his recommendations. Thanks.

Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. Eric was also able to suggest some adjustments on my garage door opener and went above and beyond to do the repair work correctly. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

First I want to say why I chose Precision. When we couldn't open our garage door and had an appointment to get to, you came out and helped us and let us get to our appointment. Now, the review. Anthony serviced our door. First, he called to let me know he's coming and on what time. He was right on the button. He was courtous, and very helpful. He did everything we asked and gave a quote BEFORE he did the work. Great service.

My garage door springs broke and I was unable to manually open it-car inside. Mario arrived about 2 hours later and fixed it. Great polite guy. Very informative. I honestly do not know pricing so I could have paid too much or I could have gotten a great deal, but I do know I needed it repaired immediately and that is what I got...with a great tech

Nice technicians who come to your house, but awful policies. We bought a top of the line garage door, and less than a year later, there were noises. We called Precision, they sent someone out and then insisted on charging $150 plus tax for very minimal service. While I can appreciate that it is a business and not everything should be free, $150 is way too much money for the service performed. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Wow! What service. First, when I called I never expected that an appointment could be made as quickly as this. I was emailed a message confirming the window I could expect the service person to come right after I hung up the phone. Shortly after that, I received a text message from the service person with the time he expected to come. Here's the shocker-it included a picture of the repair man. Great for seniors to be able to identify who's coming. He arrived ON TIME and introduced himself. The only entrance available was my front door. He offered to remove his boots before entering. Very thoughtful. He explained all of the options available to me and I selected the one that best fit my needs and level of use. No pressure on any options. I respect this. He was polite, respectful, and responsive to my specific needs. Th company has a great website that introduced the service folks and their managers. I really appreciated their use of technology (email, text, and even a live chat with a very polite help person). Finally, after visiting visiting the website, I found that they had an A+ rating with the BBB. I would recommend them to anyone and already let my sister know how we were treated. Great company.

We are going to get a new door because are's cannot be fixed unless we want to deal with Hamburg Doors and that is not a option. It's nice to see a company run so well.
