I ordered a new garage door and opener. The gentleman that installed the new products where great. They answered my questions, and worked diligently until the job was complete. What impressed me was upon completion of the job, they even wiped clean my new white garage door where there were fingerprints. The customer service was excellent, and I will spread the word.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision Overhead Garage set us up for a Saturday Morning repair. Jarred came out and replaced the springs and fine tuned the rest. He spent the time to explain to us what to look for in the future and even reset my car's built-in remote (I had been able to set my wife's remote, but for some reason, I couldn't get my car's to work). Great job!

Needed a new garage door opener after the 14 year old one died. Installer offered one with a lifetime warranty which was superior to the one being replaced. Installer was wonderful and expedient. Very pleased with the service and the new opener although making adjustments seems complicated. Need the door to close tighter, more downward force.

Henry from Percision Overhead Garage Door was great. I called after 7pm and he was working on the door before 8:30. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it completely. I would definetly recomend Percision to everyong. They were a pleasure to work with.
