When the garage door broke on a Saturday morning trapping my car inside I thought the repair process was going to be long and complicated (finding someone available, ordering parts, scheduling future appointments, missing work, etc.); however, Pat Murrett from Precision was at my house within a couple hours and had the door repaired that afternoon. 5 stars for product and customer service! After our purchase and installation of new garage door we were not happy with how metal straps looked and windows. After contacting Anthony, he had a workman come to our house and change to our specifications at no charge. Precision Door Employees during both service calls were helpful and accommodating.
