Our garage door opener wouldn't work. Called and repair man came out same day. Fixed it. Door opener was still under warranty so no charge. Repair man was very nice and Precision sent a confirmation email prior to arrival and invoice after.

He was prompt and courteous, explained everything that needed to be repaired, gave us the estimate and was able to complete the work that evening. He did run into a glitch with our opener and stayed beyond the allotted time plus came back the next day to make sure the door was operating smoothly. Technician (Rob) impressed me with his knowledge, and he was very willing to share with me everything that plays into having a garage door work properly. That, and the short amount of time it took him to completely rebuild my system convinced me that he had either many years experience or a very qualified teacher. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also know I received heavier duty parts and a 7 year warranty that the competition could not match. Door now works perfectly!

I came home from several errands and a few minutes after I parked the car in the garage we heard a loud noise. The right side spring on our 16 foot garage door had snapped. I called Precision and the service man was here in just under three hours. He replaced both springs, as I knew he would have to, explained why and after both springs were done he went over every piece of hardware on the door to be sure all were snug and secure. He illustrated how a garage door can be checked for balance, greased fittings as needed, saw the door was moving smoothly and then reattached the garage door opener and checked the chain. Great job in about an hours time, came in uniform, with a well marked truck went over all pricing and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied with his work and ordered two new side trim pieces with weatherproofing as the old ones were quite worn.
