Called at 9am on a Monday morning and had a technician (Sam) at my house by 12:30pm that same day! Sam did a thorough inspection of our garage door and told us what was wrong. He offered us three options to fix our problem, and had everything he needed to do the repairs right on his truck! No waiting needed. He got right to work and finished in no time, explaining to us everything he was doing and why! Extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely use and recommend Precision, and Sam, again! Thank you!!!

They are prompt to respond and can come and do repair within a day. Have check or credit card ready , tech won't accept cash although when you call they tell you they will accept all forms of payment.

I needed new cables and my torsion springs rewound. Precision's same day service was super convenient. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and did a great job. I would give a 4-star rating based on that alone. However, my 1-star rating is because of the ridiculous cost of my repair Precision charged for the two new cables! That is OUTRAGEOUS considering you can buy a pair of cables yourself for a FRACTION of that cost.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision. My garage door broke late in the evening on a very cold night. The technician arrived around 8:30 pm and was here until almost midnight. He did a great job and was able to fix my door so I could get my vehicle out for work in the am. In addition he was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!!!

ten years ago I had my Garage door rebuilt and it came with a lifetime guarantee. I call a local guy and got a price to fix my broken spring, my wife said we have a guarantee, so I called Precision. They said the business had been sold but would were trying to make all reasonable claims whole. The service person came out did a great job for the price of a service call.I saved $XXX. Our usual garage door repair service would not return our calls for help, so we contacted Precision Overhead Door Service. Even though it was a Saturday, your service technician Tony arrived well before the promised time and had our garage door working like new in about 90 minutes. Tony was very personable and quite easy to speak to. He patiently answered all of our questions while efficiently going about his work. If your gargage door needs repair dont call any one else.
