Holy fast service out next day and repaired a loose cable on a large overhead door before it became a problem Patrick Murrett is an excellent tech got the job done in a half hour and checked the other cable and door for any potential problems. Would defiantly recommend Precision Garage doors.

I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..

Pat came to fix our door which the spring was broken on it & we wound up paying about $7,000 for a new door. The reason for this was we trusted Pat & he fixed our door anyway so we had a working door while the new one was on order. He was a professional, we sat & talked for a good long time about the options & he was a great sales rep as well as a great maintenance guy. We waited about 3 - 4 weeks for the door to come in & the two gentlemen that came were professional & installed the door in about 3 hours. Delightful, responsive sales staff. Price threw me back a bit, but haven’t bought a door in 7-8 years, so maybe…..with inflation and current market conditions. Door is in stock, but Installation booked 3 weeks out, minimally, so not as capable of same responsiveness from the service side.
