This morning my garage door would not open due to cables having snapped. I called Precision to have it repaired and was told that a technician would be here between 10 and 2. He was here just after 10 which was great. Bob Dressler was knowledgeable, friendly and quick! He explained everything that needed to be done, had all the parts on the truck and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. The garage door works like brand new now. Great job. Highly recommended!

Precision had the best value of quality/cost. Initial consult was extremely helpful as the sales representative had immediate access to a professional designer's opinion on what door choice looked best on our house. Installers were professional, friendly, and did a very clean install. The company is called "Precision" for a reason!

I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..

Pat came to fix our door which the spring was broken on it & we wound up paying about $7,000 for a new door. The reason for this was we trusted Pat & he fixed our door anyway so we had a working door while the new one was on order. He was a professional, we sat & talked for a good long time about the options & he was a great sales rep as well as a great maintenance guy. We waited about 3 - 4 weeks for the door to come in & the two gentlemen that came were professional & installed the door in about 3 hours. They we're kind & considerate of me & my questions & it was just a good install all the way around. Thanks so much, Chris

Today, Mike, came to replace our garage door that was damaged. He called ahead and said he would be here in 30 minutes. This he did. Milke was professional, dedicated, highly competent in his abilities to do what was needed for us, and the work was done efficiently and very satisfactory to us. When finished Mike went through his tips for me to follow up on maintaining this large investment that we made in their high-quality garage doors. Would we call them again foe service regarding their product - without a doubt. John Loss

My niece had your company install her new garage door. She was very pleased with your product and service. That’s why I choose your company. The sales representative(Roy) was very helpful in helping choose the right door. I would definitely refer your company to either friends or family. Again thank you for a great experience.

So far VERY impressed. I called because of cute manager (kid in commercial), and reviews online and glad I did. Jeff was here within a few hours explained my options and costs, searched to see if repair an option first. Need new door so was presented options with prices. Also provided discounts that were available. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all questions. Ordered door while here and gave estimate for installation. Awesome communication from Jeff and company from the moment I called. Great customer service
