Initial consult was extremely helpful as the sales representative had immediate access to a professional designer's opinion on what door choice looked best on our house. Today, Mike, came to replace our garage door that was damaged. He called ahead and said he would be here in 30 minutes. This he did. Milke was professional, dedicated, highly competent in his abilities to do what was needed for us, and the work was done efficiently and very satisfactory to us. When finished Mike went through his tips for me to follow up on maintaining this large investment that we made in their high-quality garage doors. Delightful, responsive sales staff. Price threw me back a bit, but haven’t bought a door in 7-8 years, so maybe…..with inflation and current market conditions. Door is in stock, but Installation booked 3 weeks out, minimally, so not as capable of same responsiveness from the service side.

This company was recommended to me by my son who used them for his garage doors. I needed 2 new doors installed on a new pole barn. Travis was the service tech, and he was very professional. The information was on the existing overhead door you were the source. I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. I called to follow up before snow started and it was resolved. Thanks

Well done. Called to ask if they could come earlier. Much needed as my car was held hostage. The salesman presented the options and costs. He was efficient and completed the job in stated time and everything cleaned up. Difficult task as my car didn't allow a lot of working space. Price was stated and I agreed but price was still high.
