I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

What an terrific experience with Precision Garage Door! Not only did we have an amazing experience with the initial gentleman that took care of the estimate for a brand new garage door/door opener, the young man that installed our complete system was amazing!!! Ryan provided excellent service during my garage door installation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was the lack of a follow up phone call when I was inquiring about an installation date. It was difficult connecting with someone who could answer my questions and was told I would receive a a call back and I would not hear back from anyone.

We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and needed service on the weekend. We called Precision in the afternoon and got person on the phone who said that they would have a service technician to our house within 2 hours. Mario arrived early and explained what needed to be done and what alternatives we had. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with him and Precision Door that we wound up purchasing a new door.

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.

We gave you 7 options to fix or replace your door ranging from $149 to fix your cables all the way up to replace the old wood door including a lifetime warranty. The decision is yours, we can only give recommendations. You chose to do nothing, I would suggest trying another company.

There are not enough words to thank you for the professionalism and timeliness of the services we received. We had major issues with our garage door, cable broke and the door was half on/half off the track and we had no way of opening the door to get out cars out. When I called first thing Saturday morning, explained our situation (had a family funeral at 12:00 pm), you guys sent a representative right out!! Appreciate the quickness to respond to fix the problem. Tech. was here promptly at the designated time. He called about half hour ahead to let me know. We very informative and knowledgeable. Wow... Very, Very Pleased from the start. Bill Geary is a great sales person that is very knowledgeable regarding your garage doors and installations. I was very impressed by the quality of your doors, your life time warrantee, and service. Your installer's, Ryan and Brian are a great team, they are on the same page at all times. They did a great job in removing an old door and replacing it with a Precision Garage Door. They also pickup and cleaned the area. Very nice guys. Your company's training for employees was noticed. Knowledgeable and friendly, Robert D. gave me several options in his estimate to replace my garage door AND opener. Knowing what I wanted, I called him right back and the door was ordered ASAP. Installation was scheduled and Ryan came out to remove the old and install the new. Ryan was friendly, courteous and efficient... single-handedly installing the door and opener in just a few hours. Very nice 300 series door and PDS800 door opener. Would recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks guys...

The person who answered the phone was quick to help. She sympathized with my issues and offered a next day appt. I was told a tech would be on site between 4and 8pm. Pat called at 4:30pm to give me an idea of arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would and got right to work. The first thing he did though, was shake my hand. That made me feel very trusting in his honesty and work ethic. And I was not disappointed at all. He worked efficiently, offered alternatives and shared the pricing as the job went on so I was not surprised at the end. He was a true gentleman and an asset to your company.

***** Hi Anthony, I am so impressed with the service your company provided me. It was New Years Eve and I was having problems with my garage door. I called some companies and was told someone could come out in a couple of days. I proceeded to call Precision door expecting more of the same. I almost fell out of my chair when the friendly receptionist told me a technician would be out in a couple of hours! This was New Years Eve in the middle of a snow storm! My garage door was fixed and I was able to make it to the party on time. A couple of days later my garage door wasn't operating very smoothly, and when I called you back you again sent a technician out the same day who repaired the problem swiftly and with quality service! The repairman Rob was very friendly and very helpful, if all of your employee's are like him your company is going to continue to be a success! I love to see an organization that is well run and that emphasizes quality service. Thanks again and good luck to you in all of your future endeavors!

as a resident of hamburg,when my cable snapped, my first thought was to call Hamburg overhead...monday12/31...they were closed for the holiday....saw Precision ad in yellow pages....lucky me.....service was excellent....showed up in a couple hours...collin was very professionial, answered all my questions, and did an excellent repair job. When i eventually order a new door.....Precision will get my business!
