Repairman was very pleasant but left a mess in my garage. There was broken glass from a lightbulb and scraps He also told me the new opener would be $595.00 and he would give the senior discount plus I had a $15.00 coupon. Then he tells me he made a mistake and it was $695.00 but he said he gave a free second remote and a free pad box opener. That would take care of the discounts so it came to $595.00. I paid and he left me no receipt or warranty info. I was not happy!
We are so sorry for the confusion. We just started a new computer system and some of the technicians are struggling with the software. The warranty is included on the invoice and those are all sent electronically or by mail if requested.

as a resident of hamburg,when my cable snapped, my first thought was to call Hamburg overhead...monday12/31...they were closed for the holiday....saw Precision ad in yellow pages....lucky me.....service was excellent....showed up in a couple hours...collin was very professionial, answered all my questions, and did an excellent repair job. When i eventually order a new door.....Precision will get my business!

I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

Ryan provided excellent service during my garage door installation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was the lack of a follow up phone call when I was inquiring about an installation date. It was difficult connecting with someone who could answer my questions and was told I would receive a a call back and I would not hear back from anyone.

We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and needed service on the weekend. We called Precision in the afternoon and got person on the phone who said that they would have a service technician to our house within 2 hours. Mario arrived early and explained what needed to be done and what alternatives we had. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with him and Precision Door that we wound up purchasing a new door.

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.
We gave you 7 options to fix or replace your door ranging from $149 to fix your cables all the way up to replace the old wood door including a lifetime warranty. The decision is yours, we can only give recommendations. You chose to do nothing, I would suggest trying another company.

There are not enough words to thank you for the professionalism and timeliness of the services we received. We had major issues with our garage door, cable broke and the door was half on/half off the track and we had no way of opening the door to get out cars out. When I called first thing Saturday morning, explained our situation (had a family funeral at 12:00 pm), you guys sent a representative right out!! Bob D was kind, compassionate and very professional!! We have told all our friends and family about your service in our desperate time of need and your company went above and beyond for us!
