I had an estimate done by Precision Door for repair of mt garage doors and structure. The estimator was polite and knowledgeable. I ended up with another company because they were replacing two doors entirely rather than selective panel replacement and the final cost was less.

We are very pleased with the new garage door that Matt P. installed. From the start, Precision Door was prompt, professional, & quality was top notch. The door installer, Matt P., was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things we should or should not do with our new door--enjoyed talking with him. Price of door was as quoted and better than a nearby company's price. First became aware of Precision Garage Door from the TV ads--with that cute little boy! Definitely recommend this company.

3% of the bill for using a debit card instead of a check or cash is absurb. Very satisfied with the work and the response time.i have used them before and will continue to use them but I wont pay 3% ever again.

Had to have them replace panel on door (my error not product issue). Once again exceptional service. Travis called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Asked if I had any questions prior to starting and finished quickly and left no mess. I did have a question upon completion and he answered with facts and also stated that if there is any issue even small I can call them.

The entire experience from the phone call to the end result was exceptional. The tech arrived sooner than expected (bonus) and was very clear about what the options were. He didn't try to sell a whole new door or opener system. He diagnosed the problem and explained the three options he recommended. It wasn't the typical up sell. He was completely equipped with everything to do the job on his truck and after we decide on which option to go with, he immediately got to work and the door was working better than ever in no time. He took all the old broken parts with him and was very thorough in his clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone I know. Overall experience was amazing!

We had Jeff Chism come out and give us a quote for a new insulated door. Very professional and polite. He didn't try to upsell us something we didn't need. He got our new door ordered and I'm sure that the install process will go great. We've done business with Precision in the past so it was a no-brainer to give them a call for a new door.
