Today I had my garage door serviced by your company. I called in the morning and by 1:00 pm a service technician was at my home. I explained the problem and your technician was able to give me a reason why I was having the issue and what it would take to fix it. He gave me a quote right away. He was very professional, had the job done in under an hour and cleaned up where he was working. He demonstrated the door operation and tested it multiple times to be sure it was working properly. He even took the time to spray the rollers with some silicone to make them roll smoother. I would recommend your company and your service technician to anyone.

Cable snapped on side of garage door, unable to open.Called Precision for service and a price on new cables. A technician arrived shortly.l showed him the problem and he proceeded to point out all the things wrong with the door and how unsafe it was , including the wrong size springs for this size door. He also committed on the terrible work any other technician has done in the past on my door and he is so much better than them, including techs. he works with.$868 later the door goes up and down SO MUCH SAFER. Also there is senior discount which was never mentioned.

I was completely satisfied today with the service performed on my non-working garage door. It was especially important to be able to have my garage door serviced during this current COVID-19 pandemic! My service technician Eric was very courteous and polite as he listened to my concerns. After his inspection of my equipment he provided 3 written estimates of service alternatives for this repair for my consideration. He completed the work within an hour and gave me a thorough review of the service he performed as well as a review of the warranty information. Based on all the above I would highly Precision Door!

I chose Precision based on all of their reviews and ratings and am happy that I did! Communication with the company was excellent, as it also was with my Technician, Bob D. Everything was explained up front (service options, costs, etc.) and there was no "selling"--he let me choose without pressure. That's a rarity in today's world based on my experience. Extremely happy with customer service from beginning to end!! They even offered to keep our old garage door working until our new one came in. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Sales representative was great (Pat) and install guys could not have been more nice even though I was running late on getting home to meet them. Very happy customer.

We had our door serviced a few years ago by Precision and everything worked fine until a loop on the cable broke the other day. This caused the garage door to not open or close. We were looking for a timely repair and reached out that a.m., as we recalled there being a 7 year warranty. They were able to dispatch Collin out that same evening and the repairs were made at no cost. It was a hassle free warranty claim. That is not always the case with some companies that make promise but don't live up to their word. I can appreciate them standing behind their product. Collin was on time, personable and completed the work without issue. Everything is working great again! Thanks PDS!

Excellent service. We noticed our garage door spring we broken at noon on a Saturday and could not get service on a weekend from the large well know garage door companies in Western New York. Precision Door completed the repairs by 2:00 PM the same day. The operator, Robert was very knowledgeable and too great care to explain all options and he was not hard selling me. He answered all my questions. I am now confident that the garage door will be safe to operate for many years and will not become a hazard to anyone. We use it every day multiple times wish I had it serviced earlier now that I understand how important it is to install better parts and maintain it. Thank you.

The professionalism, attention to detail, and followup on my endless questions that Bari Elmaribi from Precision Door Service gave during my installation made this an easy 5 star review. My garage wasn't your standard installation and held its own complexities, however, Bari made sure that the job was done the right way without adding any addition cost. He really looks out for the customer and lays out what to expect which is much appreciated. He even followed up later to make sure I fully understood everything (especially the WiFi system and resetting the motor's limits) that I needed regarding the system.
