Service was very good with quality parts, but the cost was excessively high. I paid $869 for basically a new spring and cables. When the door was originally installed in 2000, I paid $710 for a new door and full installation!

Hello John, I'm not sure what kind of door you originally purchased, but I know your door was around 20 years old. The parts on an average garage door are not designed to last that long. You chose a full overhaul package of you garage door when given options by Mario. This includes swapping out all the old warn moving parts and hardware of the door. Which includes about a dozen individual components. A new door with parts equal to the qaulity of the parts we use would have cost significantly more. I can see in your inspection that your motor is also 18 years old, which I assume you had installed with your door. I think it's safe to say prices have likely doubled since then and I wouldn't expect much more life out of that 18 year old motor.

Before I selected Precision I went on line to read reviews on a few companies. Chose Precision because of positive feedback. I'm glad I did. Technician arrived within two hours of call. Rob thoroughly explained all options available for service call I initially made. Super nice, professional and neat worker. Very happy with model I chose, appears efficient and quiet. My 2-car garage door broke in the middle, in 3 places. From the initial phone call to the final installation, everyone was professional and trustworthy. Bob D. did an efficient temporary fix and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Joe C. did a great job installing and adjusting my new door. Not the least expensive but definitely THE BEST. I'm very satisfied with the service from Precision Door.

I choose Precision because they helped me with another problem I had earlier in the year with my garage door. I called Precision and just over an hour later Pat was at my door. Pat was wonderful! He found the problem within 5 minutes. I needed new springs and rollers. The work was completed in an hour. In the future, if I have any garage door issues, I will call Precision. Hopefully Pat will be available, a knowledgeable gentleman, a true asset to the business!

Service was quick!! We use our garage door as a main entry to our house so when the spring broke this morning it was a major inconvenience. Since it was a Saturday, we were concerned about how soon we could get it repaired. Called for service at 10AM and repair was completed by 11:30AM. Ended up having additional items replaced so we don't get stuck again.

Great Service. Mario was the technician that fixed our door. He called ahead of the Appointment time to verify our address. He showed up on time and explained the service needed and how long it would take and different options to fix the problem. A great experience. if we have issues again with the door we will for sure look these guys up. The on-line appointment live chat worked great. Our door spring broke on New years eve and there was a person to make the appointment on-line with and the lady had plenty of times for me to choose that worked around my work schedule during the week. . No extra charge for a night appointment either.

Installed our door and opener yesterday december 26th and it was a frigid day making the process harder than normal but the guys were undaunted and hard working. I was extremely impressed with the promptness and professionalism that Bob D. showed when I called to have my garage door spring replaced. He checked the entire door system out, which turned out to be a good thing since the door cables were frayed and the bearings were worn. He gave me with several options to choose from to address the issues. He was also very efficient.
