Holy fast service out next day and repaired a loose cable on a large overhead door before it became a problem Patrick Murrett is an excellent tech got the job done in a half hour and checked the other cable and door for any potential problems. Would defiantly recommend Precision Garage doors.

I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..

Have had them install doors at the shop excellent crew prompt on time and keep you informed, When i needed two garage doors for home there was really only one choice job was completed garage was cleaned up garbage removed and doors worked perfectly. Wouldn't have anyone else do my doors. The owner Anthony is accessible if you have any needs or concerns and promptly addresses your needs.

So far VERY impressed. I called because of cute manager (kid in commercial), and reviews online and glad I did. Jeff was here within a few hours explained my options and costs, searched to see if repair an option first. Need new door so was presented options with prices. Also provided discounts that were available. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all questions. Ordered door while here and gave estimate for installation. Awesome communication from Jeff and company from the moment I called. Great customer service

I was very happy that there was an opening on this snowy day(Saturday). Dan called not long after I called the main office. He was there in about 30 min.... I showed him the problem and he knew right away. After he finished he explained what he did!! He was very professional and polite!! Very happy with the results.

when I got the "panic" call from my Husband who does NOT deal with stress well. I told him to go into the gat=rage & RIGHT next to the garage door opener was your sticker with your name & phone#... I then proceeded to call myself in the event he wouldn't & you guys were out within 2 hours which was GREAT!!! The only bad thing is we weren't prepared to have a $500.00 bill but apparently the last two times you guys came out pretty much everything was replaced except for the springs... So pretty much we have a brand new garage door & hopefully nothing else will go wrong... You guys are great! We love our new door, its absolutely beautiful. We ordered a carriage door in a two tone of white and hunter green with windows. It arrived sooner than we expected, the installation was wonderful and the techs were very nice and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone that is looking for a door.

Anthony did a fantastic job repairing my garage door and her also installed a larger bottom seal. He was prompt, courteous and explained my options for the repair with costs for each. I'd definitely recommend Precision Door for a new garage door and/or repairs.

By 1:00 PM today I realized coming into my driveway and trying my garage door opener that there was a major problem. The door would only open and few feet and dropped down to the payment. I called Precision at around 1:30 PM and they told me that they would have someone at my house between 2:00 to 6:00. Around 3:00 Barry showed up. Barry was friendly and polite. He looked the situation over and pointed out immediately what the problem was. We discussed the best course of action and Barry went right to work in a professional manner to fit the door situation. It took a good hour and a half, but was extremely well done. Hopefully, I will not have any more garage door problems in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will definitely be called upon Barry to fix them!

I needed someone to come and look at the garage door opener that was previously installed by Precision and they came out the next day and replaced the unit. Everything is working now and the technician was super nice about it.

I called Precision after reading so many satisfied customer reviews, and I can add my name to that list, as well. As our garage door lock would no longer engage and stay locked, Collin tried to repair it, but it wouldn't work, so he tried to replace it, but the new lock didn't cover the holes left in the garage door from the previous one, so he replaced it to cover the holes, and suggested the side lock which solved the problem. I was very happy with his work, and he left everything spotless, and I would definitely recommend him and Precision Door Service.

good job. However, I was quoted a price over the phone prior to installation and I also printed a coupon from your website for $ 15 off of a installed garage door opener. Your technician upon consult with your office would not honor the coupon. Otherwise satisfied. Therefore I give you 4 stars out of 5.

I chose Percision from a recent commercial I saw on TV. I called today to make an appointment at 9:30Am. I set the appointment from 10AM to 2pm. Bob was at my house by 11AM. I was advised what the problem was and Bob explained why I was having the problem. He went through all of my options by piece and offered a rebuild. The rebuild made the most sense because it inncluded everything I need plus came with a warranty. Rob completed the job was very professional, freindly and polite.

We had a power outage and I was not able to reset the door. Mario, who had previously serviced our doors, came reset the door, Mario, as I directed him to, checked our present doors - over 30 years in service - and then gave us a number of alternative choice on replacing the doors et alia. We selected our choice and will have new doors et alia within a month. Five star service!
