Hi Chrissy The Precision Garage Door Company is the best company I have ever worked with. Your office staff is so accommodating and professional. The technician that came out to determine was fantastic (I can't remember his name). He told me what was the problem and gave me options for a new door. (My original garage door was over 40 years old). Marty P who came to install the door was also wonderful and professional. He had a hard time removing the old door and all the parts. He did a great job. It was a very cold day too. A few days before my scheduled installation, I was talking with a friend and her brother needs a new garage door and an opener. I highly recommend your company. Thank you again so much for your services. If my garage door opener stops working, I'm definitely calling your company to put a new one in. I contacted Precision through the chat feature on the web site. I had no difficulty communicating what was needed - an estimate on a garage door opener replacement. Cost was presented up front and a technician could come same day. When Mario (technician) arrived, he explained what might be in greatest need of replacement and different price points for repair. I chose the mid-level garage door opener, which he had available on his truck. He got to work right away and promptly completed the installation. He explained the new features when he was done. Our technician Michael Anna worked extra hard to overcome a pre-existing design flaw in our garage door set-up. He was very meticulous with his work to insure that our door was working safely and correctly. He even took notes, in case he came across this situation in the future! We had a great experience from beginning to end! We used online chat and they were able to send us someone within a few hours. Our technician, Eric, did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. He gave us multiple options, as well. I called today and explained that my garage door would not fully close. The person answering the call set up a service call for today and Bari showed up 2 hours later. After he and I determined that I needed a new door opener he got to work and 2 hours later the new door opener was fully operational. He took the old equipment away and left me as a satisfied customer.
