I called today because my spring was broken on garage door. We want to purchase a new door since original door is 50 plus years old. Mark was very courteous and professional. Gave us a price on a new door and repaired our old door until the new door is installed. We were very happy with the quick and efficient service Mark gave.

The installation crew was excellent and for the most part did a great job. The outside touch pad is a little flimsy. Not sure if it was mounted correctly or needs to be tightened. The only complaint I have is when I called to have a new Garage Door Opener installed, I specifically asked for the Liftmaster Elite 8550 and new neoprene /sealed bearing rollers. I was told they had everything in stock. I specifically asked if everything would be on the truck when they arrived and I was told yes they would have everything. Well, when they arrived I was told it was the Liftmaster Elite 8550 was not on the truck and there were none in stock. They had three in stock but they are now gone. They did have the rollers I wanted. So, I had to settle for another manufacturer, Linear. I chose the Liftmaster Elite because I wanted a battery backup. The one installed does not have that feature. The installation crew said that the Linear would be coming out with one that has a battery backup. I think Precision should add that feature to my opener at either no cost or at their cost. When I called and was told they had a Liftmaster Elite in stock, why didn't someone put one aside for me. I would have given a higher rating but their customer service is not what I expected and this issue should have never happened.

Just had what we thought were issues with our opener. Mario checked everything thing out and it turned out to be our door. Mario was quick, polite and very nice. He explained everything. I will definitely be a customer for life.

The guys did a great job finding the problem and then correcting it. They also adjusted the other door when they were here. Awesome job,. The door doesn't pop any more when it goes up and down.

i called Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday, scheduled an appointment for the following day. i was told the technician would come between 12 and 4. Mario called at 11:30 to say he'd be at my house at 12, which he was. he was very professional, honest, pleasant and courteous. he explained 3 options available to me, and said it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work, which was what it took. i would absolutely recommend both Precision and Mario!

I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I heard an ad on the radio and I decided to look them up on the internet. I was happy to see that they could respond the same day and even happier that they could get to my house after I got home from work. Mario did a great job ! He explained everything after a quick inspection and quickly got to work after we decided on what needed to be done. He was very polite and well spoken and very professional the truck was very clean and neat . Mario cleaned up after himself and everything worked out perfectly ! I have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with their service. I recently had a problem with my garage door not closing properly and had a serviceman come out. The wire for the pulley had come off and got twisted. This was probably something I could have easily done myself if I was handy. The serviceman was literally here 5 minutes. I was charged the full price of a service charge, 80 some dollars with tax. I believe a good business practice would have been to have been comped for this very minor repair, or at least to have been given some type of discount. I will think twice before using Precision again in the future.
