What a pleasant experience. Mark came over yesterday to measure the door, was so polite and new exactly what I wanted and explained the differences between insulated vs. non insulated. He spoke to my husband about trimming around the door and he made notes to address this additional feature which can only be done in the later spring when it is warmer. Can't wait for our new door!

Thanks so much for sending Mario to my home a very bitter snow storm. I was desperate since my garage door would not close and the west wind was blowing lots of snow into my garage. Mario came very quickly, shoveled the snow out of my garage, repaired the door and accepted payment with a Visa credit card. All wonderfull very quick, very thorough in explaining what I could receive but forgot to leave me a receipt. Please call with the cost so I know what I will be charged on my Visa card. Other than that, the whole experience was wonderful. Thanks so much for being open 24 hours per day. That seems to be needed since usually something will go wrong at the worst time and the customer cannot wait days for service. One company I called did not even return my phone call. Thanks so much for Mario's quick and polite and efficient service. Just let me know the cost either through a phone call or email. Thanks so much. Had a 4pm appointment and repair person called at 3:50pm to let us know that he was on his way. Arrived a few minutes later. Extremely happy about arrival time because did not have to wait. Was given estimate over the phone but additional work was needed. Explained what was needed, why it was needed and the cost. Very satisfied with cost and repair. Would recommend to all.

We were super happy with the service provided by your technician Colin. He called first thing in the morning to tell us he would be there within 10-15 minutes and he was prompt and personable and very helpful. He also answered some additional questions we had and gave us a brochure for information about getting a new door and opener which we will do before the end of the year. He also pointed out features on the website for us to try. We will definitely use your company again and refer you to anyone in need.

Eric was extremely professional considering that he replaced the opener, and virtually all the door hardware in near zero temperatures. I may have been able to purchase elsewhere at a lower price point, but the same day service, and the professionalism are worth whatever premium may have been paid. Very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend.

From the time we called Precision about the broken spring on our door to the job being completed was only about three hours! Collin was great, very professional. Explained everything and evaluated the condition of our whole door, opener etc. which was helpful and reassuring. He had the parts with him in the truck and got it fixed fast. Well done!

For starters; I'd like to thank Mark C. who initially showed us the new garage door, and the prices, and also Matt & Jay who installed the garage door. They all did a great job, and it looks great ! The ONLY problem that I have, is that the upper seal, on the outside of the garage door, looks used. I tried to clean it with detergent; and it removed a little of the stains, but it still looks like it was taken from another garage door. It looks both dirty & greasy. Other than that; everything looks great ! If you have any other questions; you can call me at home. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything when they left. 5 stars plus !

Our opener broke late one afternoon, I called Precision Door Service and they arranged for a service team to come to our house within 90 minutes. They offered several options for repair of replace. As unit was over 15 years old I opted for mid-range replace. Opener was much quieter than old unit and technician suggested that new rollers would help even more to reduce noise and ensure efficient operation of new opener. I can barely hear the door open now. Work was completed within 60 minutes. Very satisfied with job and especially with Mario, our technician.

I have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with their service. I recently had a problem with my garage door not closing properly and had a serviceman come out. The wire for the pulley had come off and got twisted. This was probably something I could have easily done myself if I was handy. The serviceman was literally here 5 minutes. I was charged the full price of a service charge, 80 some dollars with tax. I believe a good business practice would have been to have been comped for this very minor repair, or at least to have been given some type of discount. I will think twice before using Precision again in the future.

I called today because my spring was broken on garage door. We want to purchase a new door since original door is 50 plus years old. Mark was very courteous and professional. Gave us a price on a new door and repaired our old door until the new door is installed. We were very happy with the quick and efficient service Mark gave.

The installation crew was excellent and for the most part did a great job. The outside touch pad is a little flimsy. Not sure if it was mounted correctly or needs to be tightened. The only complaint I have is when I called to have a new Garage Door Opener installed, I specifically asked for the Liftmaster Elite 8550 and new neoprene /sealed bearing rollers. I was told they had everything in stock. I specifically asked if everything would be on the truck when they arrived and I was told yes they would have everything. Well, when they arrived I was told it was the Liftmaster Elite 8550 was not on the truck and there were none in stock. They had three in stock but they are now gone. They did have the rollers I wanted. So, I had to settle for another manufacturer, Linear. I chose the Liftmaster Elite because I wanted a battery backup. The one installed does not have that feature. The installation crew said that the Linear would be coming out with one that has a battery backup. I think Precision should add that feature to my opener at either no cost or at their cost. When I called and was told they had a Liftmaster Elite in stock, why didn't someone put one aside for me. I would have given a higher rating but their customer service is not what I expected and this issue should have never happened.

Just had what we thought were issues with our opener. Mario checked everything thing out and it turned out to be our door. Mario was quick, polite and very nice. He explained everything. I will definitely be a customer for life.
