i called Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday, scheduled an appointment for the following day. i was told the technician would come between 12 and 4. Mario called at 11:30 to say he'd be at my house at 12, which he was. he was very professional, honest, pleasant and courteous. he explained 3 options available to me, and said it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work, which was what it took. i would absolutely recommend both Precision and Mario!

I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I heard an ad on the radio and I decided to look them up on the internet. I was happy to see that they could respond the same day and even happier that they could get to my house after I got home from work. Mario did a great job ! because we had them before and was very satisfied with them but I do want to file a complaint about the guy that came out to give us an estimate his name was barry and he was really rude when I asked him to take the garage door down cause my mom had to get her car out anad he did not want to do it and then he got really nasty with me.

The quality of the technician's workmanship was very good (Ryan); however, the phone customer service needs improvement. There were scheduling errors; timing delays (I think the technician is overscheduled for the work needing to be done in one visit); and the attitude about "things happen" and " I guess we made an error in scheduling" is not very professional- minimal apology for the inconveniences.
I am so sorry everything didn't work out as you had hoped. We very rarely get complaints about our scheduling considering all information is posted directly on the invoice followed by email appointment confirmations. We will look into this to see if there are improvements that can be made.

I had an 08:30 appointment, but the installer did not arrive until 10:00. In his defense, he did contact me and said that he was running a bit behind and if that was going to be a problem. I said that it wouldn't really be a problem. After he arrive, he proceeded to install a beautiful door with quality workmanship. We both checked for proper operation and he gave me lubrication instructions. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services if you need to replace a garage door.
Our apologies, however installation appointments are in time frames, not specific times. We scheduled your installation from 8-10am, not 8:30am. Afternoon appointments are scheduled 12-2pm or 1-3pm as we do not know how long it will take to load up in the morning or finish a previous job prior to an afternoon install. Thank you for your business.

This business is awesome! I called Precision Friday morning regarding my garage door opener not working. I was lucky to get an appt. that afternoon. I was told that a tech would be here between noon and 4:oo pm. Well at 12:05 Mike showed up and he was excellent! Mike was friendly and explained what was wrong and that he could repair /replace the opener. Well within an hour I had a new opener and I decided to get a new garage door. (price was right) Mike is very friendly and had the knowledge to assist me in replacing the opener and making a choice for the new door. A great big THANK YOU to Mike and Precision.
