Collin was a fine young man and let us know the full problems with our very old system. He gave us an estimate how much it would cost to make it like new, but the door is very old. So in the end, we decided to invest in a new door. We are very please with his service.

I had a small problem with my garage door opener; and I called yesterday, & they came and fixed it today ! Matt from the service department was here as scheduled, and repaired the problem in a short time. He was here for the original installation, and was both friendly & professional. I had never used Precision before. My usual company were unwilling to come for 3 days, so I called Precision due to their ad stating emergency same day services. I received a prompt call back, and they were at house within a little more than an hour. It turned out to be a major issue, and I wa given 3 options. I ended up with the most expensive one because it seemed to make sense. Door is far quieter than when it was news. Serviceman was courteious and professional. I am very pleased with results

Technician came out when expected, so one star! We had a chain that had come loose because two bolts had sheared off at the pulley assembly. The technician kept talking about checking the motor and how it would cost $149.95 an hour to do so. I told him it was NOT a problem with the motor, but rather the chain coming off the pulley. He kept saying he was first going to check the motor. Oh, and, hey! A new motor would cost $500 plus two hours at $149.95/hour to install it. I told him he could leave. Ended up spending $75 for a "service call" for no service because the technician would NOT stop talking about selling me a new motor. i was hoping for his expertise in fixing the existing problem, but... No. It was a sales call, pure and simple.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Called on a Saturday morning, they were at my home by 2pm. Eric (my technician) was polite, efficient, and well versed when taking the time to explain and show us issues!! I would recommend to anyone. And just to clarify, product purchased would not all multiple choices, we went with a package that included spring, rollers, and cables which included a 5 year warranty

Let's just say it's been 20 years with the last 10 at least where the door has been manually opened. Made the call, same day service and purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. Mario was outstanding, he was extremely knowledgeable, concerned about any of my cats getting out the door and got right to it and all was right with world within an hour. Amazing... will definitely recommend your company.... love the motion sensor light too!

Set an appointment yesterday. Rob was our Tech and he showed up promptly between the Window of time given. He was able to fix the issue with our Garage even though the underlying problem remained a mystery. He was very professional and did not mislead me with any information on what he was fixing and what the problem was. Highly recommend their service, very upfront on costs and very professional.

Emailed company and explained problem. Technician Collin came out next day and identified problem. Given three options, had all parts needed for the option I chose. Seemed very knowledgeable and as a visually disabled woman put my trust in him and Precision Garage Doors. The job was completed in a professional and timely matter. The work was extensive, almost everything but garage door. I was a bit shocked at cost, but you have to trust someone. We’ve been burned in the past by contractors. Hope this isn’t the case.
