I would absolutely recommend Preciision Door for any and all garage door service needs. Robert recently visited to install a new opener, bearings and a keyless pad. All were installed professionally and with a thorough explanation as to how and why. It's a great idea to have a short bio and picture of the service person. Again. I am totally sold on Precisions sales and service.

Awesome customer service! Considering I called the day after Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to get a real person answering the phone. I am even happier that I was able to buy a new door system AND get my old clunker working good til the new door comes in. All this taken care of in about 1:45 minutes! Excellent work.

The spring on my garage door was broken leaving the door stuck down. My son had recommended Precision door to me. My appointment was to meet at my home at 1:00 pm for a quote. As I looked at my watch turned 1:00pm, the truck was in my driveway. Patrick Murrett gave me a quote, told me what the door needed, and preformed above and behond great service.I would recommend Precision door to everyone I know who appreciates quality service. I was in a jam, had been planning a Christmas party and preparing everything by putting it in my car for the last two days when, the night before, our garage door broke. I have a seminar the in the morning but scheduled a garage door appointment and had my sister in law there. The professional was on time, courteous, and explained it several times as we had multiple people in and out of the house while I was away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advise on how to keep the garage working and in the best condition.

On December 3, 2014 we had a broken cable on our garage door, making it impossible to close. We call Precision Door and explained that this is an emergency situation because we have an attached garage with a door that will not close. The lady at Precision said she’d have a technician call me within the hour. He did call in less than an hour stating he could be at our house in one to two hours, when his current job was finished. He did get to our house in just a little over an hour and explained what was involved in fixing the door. He did fix the door quickly and it now works great! I will certainly call Precision door again and I recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done, I’m very satisfied!

I had my garage door serviced today including oiling and changing the rollers. My door was not in good shape initially and made a lot of noise upon opening and closing. I was informed by the serviceman that the bottom rollers were so rusty they weren't turning at all. He replaced the rollers, oiled the springs and the door now closes very quietly. I was very pleased with the work, the serviceman and the prompt response time and punctual arrival. I will definitely use Precision when it comes time to replace my door in the next couple of years.

Patrick did a great job installing the rollers and providing overview of the door system operation and guidance for preventative maintenance. He also explained the potential issues I could have with the system and what to be aware. Great job and the rollers made a big difference.

Service is only as good as the service person who represents the company. Robert Dressler is the type all person all companies wish they had representing them. Not only was he efficient and neat, but the type of person that truly care about the customer. It was (almost) a pleasure to spend the money.

5 Star Rating for installation of 2 custom, garage, doors 10/30/14. Installers, Ryan Buil and Ben Kelly, worked ~6-7hrs. to install, test and inservice me on door remotes and mobil remotes for the cars. They worked diligently and stopped only to eat. It was already dark the last hour or so as they were completing the installation. Cleaned up work area and were pleasant employees - Good Workers!!! Ryan performed a preventive maintenance in June for me via Angie's List. Was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail; he sold me on purchasing 2 new doors (needed). Chose precision for the quality of materials/warranty and experienced staff. Highly recommend. They call to indicate their ETA. Appreciate that.

Patrick quickly diagnosed my garage door and determined it could be repaired- other companies tried to sell me a new door. He was extremely knowledgable about what he was doing and considered every aspect of my family's needs before helping me make a decision that would be best both short and long term. This included safety concerns, financial and day to day use. He was both professional and personal- two qualities tough to find in business today. Called at 10AM on Saturday and the technician arrived at 12:30PM. Michael was very courteous and professional He quickly replaced the broken spring. Excellent service! The receptionist that scheduled the service call was also very pleasant to deal with.

I was very please with the whole process Prescision Door Service had to offer. Mike my tech called to leave me a message that he was running late due to his schedule. I thought this was awesome that he made time to do a follow up call. When Mike was on site his quality of trouble shooting a solution was 10 out of 10 performance. Called on Saturday night, they were there early on Sunday. Tech Pat was very professional and explained everything he was going to do, he was also very quick and courtesous. The door works better then ever. Would give these guy 5 out of 5 stars. Will recommend them to anyone.
