If you like to spend a huge sum of money for very little work, this is the company to call. I was charged $160 for a camera lense adjustment, which amounted to all but 3 seconds of work. The minimum charge of $149 for a visit is more than my doctor, lawyer, and auto mechanic combined. Absolutely brutal...
Hi Kris, Were sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the work performed. The labor charge you paid covers the cost of us driving to your home with all the equipment needed to perform the work to fix your garage door. This is often a lot of equipment as we can't expect customers to diagnose their problems over the phone. As well as the time it takes to diagnose the issue and perform the work. This is the same amount you would pay for any other type of in home service visit such an air conditioning repairman or plumber.

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. Eric, the service tech, came a few hours after our call for service for a broken spring. He presented options for repairing or replacing with a new door. Given the age of our old heavy wooden door, we opted to order a new steel door. Eric then proceeded to do an interim repair that allowed us to use the existing door. Eric explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Called Precision Garage Door to repair a broken spring installed on the garage door installed on my new build less than 4 years ago by one of their competitors. Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. I give the front office a one star rating. I did not have a problem with the service technician he did a fine job. Purchased a new garage door two years ago. Now I am having trouble with the finish on the garage door. Two days ago a service technician looked at my problem and I have not heard a word from the office yet. Hopefully somebody will contact me soon thank You.
Where right on top of that Art. There is nothing wrong with the finish. Some insulation go on the back of your door during the manufacturing process and has yellowed over time. We have a way to clean it off and refinish the discolored parts.

I will never use Precision again. I called for service and immediately, I was trying to be sold an upgrade. Three times I explained my request for service only. Others should ask for a service Tech instead of a sales rep. When I do replace my door, I will choose someone else.
Well, when you need a new door, you need a new door. We're not in the business of telling you what you want to hear. I hope you consider someone else to repair it when it falls apart, as it won't be our fault.

Lost my business because individual who gave us the information did not take the time to tell us anything about the door or the opener he was quoting or any alternative options. Nor did we get any kind of breakdown on the cost of the door and the opener, just gave us a total.

24/7 service and weekend appointments prompted me to contact you. Your Customer Service Representative was very helpful, kind and courteous and was able to get a repairman dispatched to us on the same day (late Saturday afternoon). Robert contacted me prior to arriving at our home to give me an expected time of arrival and he actually arrived a few minutes early. Robert looked at the situation and explained what was going on and then gave us three repair options and he thoroughly explained each option and answered any questions we had pertaining to the repair. We chose Option #2 and Robert went right to work in the bitter cold and not very well lit circumstances and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently plus he identified a wiring problem with our remote access sensors and after speaking with his Supervisor gave us a great quote to come back and fix the wiring problem. Robert was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all of the problems with resolutions and was able to quickly fix the problem in no time at all. He also explained what we would need to do to keep all of the new moving parts operating smoothly. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door (especially Robert) and will tell other friends and family about your outstanding service and the great experience I has with your company. The team that assisted me during these bone chilling temperatures so that we would be able to get my Mom to dialysis today (Monday) were awesome! The garage door when it goes up and down is very quiet sounding and works more smoothly. Can't thank you and your team enough for the assistance -- we are so grateful.

My old opener would not close using the remote, only the hard wired button. Mark checked it out and told me the opener was from 1994 and generally openers only last around ten years. He installed a new one, checked the overall operation of the door, lubed the roller, and checked the springs. He arrived when he said, was very courteous and informative. I would not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend them.

From day one the quality of service and professionalism was top notch. Matt - the Technician, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous. He removed the old door, hardware, and automatic door opener. He then installed the new door, hardware, and automatic opener.
