Your technician Mario was wonderful. He was here right on time even a little early. He was very courteous and knowledge. And done in under an hour. He diagnosed what was wrong and we decided to replace our old opener with a new one. Its sooo quiet, I love it . I also love that it came with a wireless keypad on the outside. Thank you. Hopefully we will enjoy it for years to come.

My appointment yesterday was between 12 and 2 pm. 10 minutes after 12 my tech Travis called said he would be there in five minutes. When Travis showed up he introduced himself immediately explained what he was going to be doing and started working. Four hours later the job was done to perfection . His work was exceptional he cleared out all of the debris explained everything to me in a very gentlemanly way. I would highly recommend Travis and precision door company.

If you like to spend a huge sum of money for very little work, this is the company to call. I was charged $160 for a camera lense adjustment, which amounted to all but 3 seconds of work. The minimum charge of $149 for a visit is more than my doctor, lawyer, and auto mechanic combined. Absolutely brutal...

Hi Kris, Were sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the work performed. The labor charge you paid covers the cost of us driving to your home with all the equipment needed to perform the work to fix your garage door. This is often a lot of equipment as we can't expect customers to diagnose their problems over the phone. As well as the time it takes to diagnose the issue and perform the work. This is the same amount you would pay for any other type of in home service visit such an air conditioning repairman or plumber.

This company gave me same day service. The technician was friendly and professional. A Senior Citizens my husband and I did not feel as though we were being taken advantage of on the price. I highly recommend this company if you have garage door issues.

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. He was very courteous and seemed very trustworthy. I was very satisfied with the experience, so much so that I decided to write the review

Called Precision Garage Door to repair a broken spring installed on the garage door installed on my new build less than 4 years ago by one of their competitors. Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. Our door works well and it’s good to know we have a strong company and a guarantee to back up the investment we made.

I give the front office a one star rating. I did not have a problem with the service technician he did a fine job. Purchased a new garage door two years ago. Now I am having trouble with the finish on the garage door. Two days ago a service technician looked at my problem and I have not heard a word from the office yet. Hopefully somebody will contact me soon thank You.

Where right on top of that Art. There is nothing wrong with the finish. Some insulation go on the back of your door during the manufacturing process and has yellowed over time. We have a way to clean it off and refinish the discolored parts.

I will never use Precision again. I called for service and immediately, I was trying to be sold an upgrade. Three times I explained my request for service only. Others should ask for a service Tech instead of a sales rep. When I do replace my door, I will choose someone else.
