When the garage door broke on a Saturday morning trapping my car inside I thought the repair process was going to be long and complicated (finding someone available, ordering parts, scheduling future appointments, missing work, etc.); however, Pat Murrett from Precision was at my house within a couple hours and had the door repaired that afternoon.
