I am SO glad that I picked Precision to install my two new garage door openers instead of another local company that I had previously worked with for 25 years. The installer, Robert Dressler was very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything that I needed to know. Love the quiet belt openers!?? Thank you Precision!

Needed a new door to replaced the nearly 40 year old door that was ready to collapse. Travis did a great job removing all the old hardware along with the door and replaced it with the new one in a bit over three hours. I couldn't believe he did the whole job on a 16' door singlehanded. The new door opens and closes smoothly, and you can hardly hear it despite the fact that the garage has settled over the years and is about 3/4" from being level. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.

These guys rock! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sam stopped out to give us the estimate. He was very courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable & was the reason we chose Precision for our new garage door. Travis came out to install the door. He was also extremely courteous, and worked hard until the dark hours of the night. Answered all of our questions and stayed even later to change a few minor details and to review the entire door system with my wife and I. Our garage door opener wouldn't work. Called and repair man came out same day. Fixed it. Door opener was still under warranty so no charge. Repair man was very nice and Precision sent a confirmation email prior to arrival and invoice after.

Wonderful experience dealing with associates of Precision Door. The initial meeting was with Mike, who was personable and knowledgeable. His expertise helped guide me to a selection that was perfect for our needs and in keeping with the style of our home. The installation was done by Ryan who was thorough and friendly. He provided clear and detailed instructions on maintenance and care for our new door and the door looks great!

He was prompt and courteous, explained everything that needed to be repaired, gave us the estimate and was able to complete the work that evening. He did run into a glitch with our opener and stayed beyond the allotted time plus came back the next day to make sure the door was operating smoothly. Technician (Rob) impressed me with his knowledge, and he was very willing to share with me everything that plays into having a garage door work properly. That, and the short amount of time it took him to completely rebuild my system convinced me that he had either many years experience or a very qualified teacher. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also know I received heavier duty parts and a 7 year warranty that the competition could not match. Door now works perfectly!

5 stars for product and customer service! After our purchase and installation of new garage door we were not happy with how metal straps looked and windows. After contacting Anthony, he had a workman come to our house and change to our specifications at no charge. Precision Door Employees during both service calls were helpful and accommodating.

I came home from several errands and a few minutes after I parked the car in the garage we heard a loud noise. The right side spring on our 16 foot garage door had snapped. I called Precision and the service man was here in just under three hours. He replaced both springs, as I knew he would have to, explained why and after both springs were done he went over every piece of hardware on the door to be sure all were snug and secure. He illustrated how a garage door can be checked for balance, greased fittings as needed, saw the door was moving smoothly and then reattached the garage door opener and checked the chain. Great job in about an hours time, came in uniform, with a well marked truck went over all pricing and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied with his work and ordered two new side trim pieces with weatherproofing as the old ones were quite worn.

Precision was over within the hour to fix our door,they replaced the cables and pointed out the rusty channels.He was very polite and explained everything,i was concerned about the springs,but he said they were in good condition.Thank you!
