Was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The repair went well. He lubricated the existing rollers, but unfortunately they are still squeaking. The new opener is working well and much quieter than the old Craftsman.

After three attempts at getting my garage door repaired by another company over the last seven years, I finally decided to give Precision Garage Door a try. I was very pleased with the service. The technician was very good at explaining the process of replacing the spring and allowing me to watch as I was curious how it was done. He did point out that a bearing should be replaced (it was shot).

Mike was very easy to work with and told it like it was... If my unit was a few years old ,I would have had new parts installed,, But , being 16 years old it was best to have Mike install a new one. He did a great job with such cold conditions to work.. 5 out of 5 for Mike!

He handled the delicate situation in my garage of cleaning the area he had to work in and put all objects back. He was very professional from the minute I met him to the moment he left.
