This is an exceptional company. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to eliminate a noise problem. Pat Murrett was my technician today and eliminated the noise by replacing the chain rail. Great Job Pat. To my surprise, the replacement was under warranty, which Precision honored. Not only will I continue to call Precision to service my garage but I've told others to do the same. The one thing I noticed was that the same technicians are working for the company since I had my door installed - very little turnover (if any) means the company is great to work for and even better for their customers!!

I called today and explained that my garage door would not fully close. The person answering the call set up a service call for today and Bari showed up 2 hours later. After he and I determined that I needed a new door opener he got to work and 2 hours later the new door opener was fully operational. He took the old equipment away and left me as a satisfied customer.

Just had our garage door repaired this morning. Called at 8am and they were at my house within 2 hours and had the job completed by 11:30am. The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.
