The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.

We chose Precision Garage Doors because of their Lifetime Guarantee, quality products, quick response to our needs and follow up. Precision also offered to put on a temporary spring so we could still use our garage door while we were waiting for our new door to be ordered and installed. This was a huge benefit to us.
