The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.

We chose Precision Garage Doors because of their Lifetime Guarantee, quality products, quick response to our needs and follow up. Precision also offered to put on a temporary spring so we could still use our garage door while we were waiting for our new door to be ordered and installed. This was a huge benefit to us. Just had our garage door repaired this morning. Called at 8am and they were at my house within 2 hours and had the job completed by 11:30am. Mario gave us a quote on three options and was very thorough in explaining each option. He had the parts with him and started to work immediately. The job was done efficiently and we were very satisfied with the results. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
