Mike was very easy to work with and told it like it was... If my unit was a few years old ,I would have had new parts installed,, But , being 16 years old it was best to have Mike install a new one. He did a great job with such cold conditions to work.. 5 out of 5 for Mike!

He handled the delicate situation in my garage of cleaning the area he had to work in and put all objects back. He was very professional from the minute I met him to the moment he left. 5 STAR!!! Service was excellent. The technician, Michael B. Holbok, was on-time, very polite; scoped out the problem and then informed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and offered several suggested remedies for me to choose from. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the opener works excellently!! I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who may need work done on a garage door and / or opener. In fact, I will be replacing a second garage door opener in the near future and I will request that Mr. Holbok be the technician that does the work when the time comes. Bottom line I was exceptionally satisfied with the workmanship that Mr. Holbok did.

I had a service call for a garage door that wouldn't close. When the technician arrived he said that a ladder I had hanging in the garage was causing the problem. He took down the ladder, but about one out of every ten times I try to close the door, it pops back up and I have to retry.This started a few days after the service call. I had thought the problem was solved. So, I guess I still don't know the cause. I paid the service call and the service provider did oil up a few things at my request, but it seems that there must be more to it. I guess nothing was actually repaired. Would love a follow-up visit
