There are not enough words to thank you for the professionalism and timeliness of the services we received. We had major issues with our garage door, cable broke and the door was half on/half off the track and we had no way of opening the door to get out cars out. When I called first thing Saturday morning, explained our situation (had a family funeral at 12:00 pm), you guys sent a representative right out!! Bob D was kind, compassionate and very professional!! We have told all our friends and family about your service in our desperate time of need and your company went above and beyond for us! I was very impressed by the quality of your doors, your life time warrantee, and service. Your installer's, Ryan and Brian are a great team, they are on the same page at all times. They did a great job in removing an old door and replacing it with a Precision Garage Door. They also pickup and cleaned the area. Very nice guys. Your company's training for employees was noticed. Knowledgeable and friendly, Robert D. gave me several options in his estimate to replace my garage door AND opener. Knowing what I wanted, I called him right back and the door was ordered ASAP. Installation was scheduled and Ryan came out to remove the old and install the new. Ryan was friendly, courteous and efficient... single-handedly installing the door and opener in just a few hours. Very nice 300 series door and PDS800 door opener. Would recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks guys...

Excellent service! Installers were friendly and very professional, and cleaned up the door and the garage. I highly recommend this company. I have used in the past when I had a problem on a Sunday and they were prompt and came out and fixed my door. When it came time to replace that door they worked very hard to get me the door I needed.

The person who answered the phone was quick to help. She sympathized with my issues and offered a next day appt. I was told a tech would be on site between 4and 8pm. Pat called at 4:30pm to give me an idea of arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would and got right to work. The first thing he did though, was shake my hand. That made me feel very trusting in his honesty and work ethic. And I was not disappointed at all. He worked efficiently, offered alternatives and shared the pricing as the job went on so I was not surprised at the end. He was a true gentleman and an asset to your company.

***** Hi Anthony, I am so impressed with the service your company provided me. It was New Years Eve and I was having problems with my garage door. I called some companies and was told someone could come out in a couple of days. I proceeded to call Precision door expecting more of the same. I almost fell out of my chair when the friendly receptionist told me a technician would be out in a couple of hours! This was New Years Eve in the middle of a snow storm! My garage door was fixed and I was able to make it to the party on time. A couple of days later my garage door wasn't operating very smoothly, and when I called you back you again sent a technician out the same day who repaired the problem swiftly and with quality service! The repairman Rob was very friendly and very helpful, if all of your employee's are like him your company is going to continue to be a success! I was surprised to find my garage door opener unable to do its job today. I called your company(Precision Door) at 935 am and was delighted to have a scheduled appointment by 2pm. Your service technician was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and most of all patient. He replaced my damaged opener, worn springs and installed and programmed all devices, including the keypad. Thank you for rescuing me from this unexpected surprise and providing exceptional customer service too!
