I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

Not only did we have an amazing experience with the initial gentleman that took care of the estimate for a brand new garage door/door opener, the young man that installed our complete system was amazing!!! On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Ryan provided excellent service during my garage door installation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was the lack of a follow up phone call when I was inquiring about an installation date. It was difficult connecting with someone who could answer my questions and was told I would receive a a call back and I would not hear back from anyone.

My installers name was Mathew Carberry. He was a very pleasant, polite young man. He was very concerned about how my installation was done so it would be safe for me to use. I had a very old garage and my old door was falling apart!.He made sure everything was to my liking. I can go on and on about Mathew, now of days its hard to find someone that young to truly be concerned about the customer. I have never met him until he installed my door, but I truly was very happy with his service. Now about the product, Mathew explained all about the product and how it works and the high quality of the materials. I only had my door for a short time but I highly recommend Precision Doors!! So far I am very happy with their services, and make sure you ask for Mathew!!! you will love him.

We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and needed service on the weekend. We called Precision in the afternoon and got person on the phone who said that they would have a service technician to our house within 2 hours. Mario arrived early and explained what needed to be done and what alternatives we had. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with him and Precision Door that we wound up purchasing a new door.

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.

We gave you 7 options to fix or replace your door ranging from $149 to fix your cables all the way up to replace the old wood door including a lifetime warranty. The decision is yours, we can only give recommendations. You chose to do nothing, I would suggest trying another company.

Because of the awesome quality and warranty you give to your product and good pricing. Colin was a great representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. Unfortunately we had to purchase from "Brand X" because they could install in 2-3 weeks. Probably be calling you to replace this door in a few years. Sorry the 4-6weeks out didn't work for us.
