I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of your employees. Pat Murrett temporarily fixed my old garage door until my new Precision door is in installed. I received both a call and a text letting me know that Pat was on his way. I enjoy watching someone work who knows exactly what he is doing and does it with a smile. You can tell that Pat is a people person and enjoys what he does and he did a great job in no time at all! After my initial experience with Precision, I am looking forward to getting my new door installed by your friendly and competent crew.

when I got the "panic" call from my Husband who does NOT deal with stress well. I told him to go into the gat=rage & RIGHT next to the garage door opener was your sticker with your name & phone#... I then proceeded to call myself in the event he wouldn't & you guys were out within 2 hours which was GREAT!!! The only bad thing is we weren't prepared to have a $500.00 bill but apparently the last two times you guys came out pretty much everything was replaced except for the springs... So pretty much we have a brand new garage door & hopefully nothing else will go wrong... You guys are great! We love our new door, its absolutely beautiful. We ordered a carriage door in a two tone of white and hunter green with windows. It arrived sooner than we expected, the installation was wonderful and the techs were very nice and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone that is looking for a door.

Wow! Had door problems on a Thursday night, and the Precision Team was out to my house the next day to evaluate. Eric reviewed the situation and we discussed options with no pressure. I made the decision to replace my old door opener (it was 25 years old, after all!) and he put in a new unit in a little over an hour. No fuss, no muss, just a good job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again (if I need to!)

Technician Bob Dressler was on time, professional and offered various options to accomplish the repairs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, rollers, cables, etc.) as the door and related equipment were 18 years old. Work was completed quickly with no issues.

By 1:00 PM today I realized coming into my driveway and trying my garage door opener that there was a major problem. The door would only open and few feet and dropped down to the payment. I called Precision at around 1:30 PM and they told me that they would have someone at my house between 2:00 to 6:00. Around 3:00 Barry showed up. Barry was friendly and polite. He looked the situation over and pointed out immediately what the problem was. We discussed the best course of action and Barry went right to work in a professional manner to fit the door situation. It took a good hour and a half, but was extremely well done. Hopefully, I will not have any more garage door problems in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will definitely be called upon Barry to fix them!
