The information was on the existing overhead door you were the source. I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. I called to follow up before snow started and it was resolved. Thanks

I had the lowest service package done on my garage door yesterday at a cost of 618.00. I told the tech I saw an add on tv for a new door installed for 999.00 and he asked me who the company was, I didn’t remember who it was until I saw the commercial just now it was Precision Door! He told me for 999.00 it was a junky pan door. Is this what your company sells? I thought the service was very expensive, and I know the motor will be the next thing to go!

I ordered a door an automatic door opener for my garage. They put the door up, forgot the windows, an never put my trim up. They said another company will do the trim. Now they say that Precision does the trim. I am still waiting!! It is July 22nd. I will think twice from now on when it sounds to good to be true.

The service man arrived when promised. He explained everything that he needed to d and why. I felt the price was reasonable, and he completed the work fast. The only problem that I experienced is that he left the bar and springs st the curb in front of my house but the trash people didn't pick it up. I will need to cut it into smaller pieces and find a way to get rid of it. I would highly recommend Precision.

My garage door wasn’t working properly and sometimes it didn’t want to close. I called Precision door and they were able to come out the same day. Barry was our technician and he ended up putting in a new garage door opener because our old one was going out. Barry was professional and service was top notch.
