Well done. Called to ask if they could come earlier. Much needed as my car was held hostage. The salesman presented the options and costs. He was efficient and completed the job in stated time and everything cleaned up. Difficult task as my car didn't allow a lot of working space. Price was stated and I agreed but price was still high.

Called at 9am on a Monday morning and had a technician (Sam) at my house by 12:30pm that same day! Sam did a thorough inspection of our garage door and told us what was wrong. He offered us three options to fix our problem, and had everything he needed to do the repairs right on his truck! No waiting needed. He got right to work and finished in no time, explaining to us everything he was doing and why! Extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely use and recommend Precision, and Sam, again! Thank you!!!

Service was fast, professional and complete. Great technician who explained our options clearly, and was polite and friendly. Can't ask for more than that. Called them with a problem with the garage door opened not working correctly - Sam explained the problem and the possible solutions. We decided to go with a new garage door opener since the old one was 13 years old and probably not going to be a good fix.

Our garage door would not open after work on Friday and I found Precision on line that night. I called and they were at our home Saturday morning. They were very professional and told us we had a great door but the spring was broken. After going over options we decided to have the current door rebuilt which saved us 1/2 of what a new door would cost and it came with a 7 year warranty. The technician was very friendly and most import very honest with us. Our door now works perfectly. We recommend them highly.

WOW great service and super fast, I phoned at 4:00 pm had a return call by 4:45 and service man was on site by 6:00 pm same day. Problem was broken spring on a 40 year old 10 ft wooden door. Service tech professionally explained process and estimate for repair had all parts on truck and had me up and running smoothly in a half an hour. Great job guys would deffinetly recommend and if needed call again. Thank you

I had 3 quotes for my new garage door and even though the Precision quote was a $100 more they offered a lifetime warranty on parts and any service calls. The competitors that quoted me did not offer that kind of warranty. They only offered Lifetime warranty on the door and the motor. How can you not choose Precision one service call is a minimum $150.00. The Precision representative did a great job with insulation and was very professional and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived.

Installed a garage door opener a few years ago with Precision opener and have been completely satisfied. The opener operated so smoothly and quietly I decided to replace the openers in my other two garage bays as they were old and noisy. Equipment and service are top shelf and extremely professional.

The technician that repaired my mother-in laws door was great. I thought we would have to replace at least two panels be he was able to save it. However he was not able to repair the damage she did to the car. She may not be driving much longer as she has hit the house and every side of her two year old car.

Matt was an extremely competent technician installing both the door and the opener and removing the old door and hardware. He not only did a good job but the Precision Door product(s) is extremely good looking. I am very well pleased with the work done today.
