I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision. My garage door broke late in the evening on a very cold night. The technician arrived around 8:30 pm and was here until almost midnight. He did a great job and was able to fix my door so I could get my vehicle out for work in the am. In addition he was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!!!

My name is Rich. Buchman. I had a new door opener installed in April of this year 2013. It worked great all summer! When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem. I would personally like to thank Bill, one of their technician for taking the time to find and correct the problem! I highly recommend precision door because i know personally they stand behind their service and products,thank you! Precision door is a first class business!!

I called Precision Door this morning at 8am. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 8 and noon. Their Technician Bill G. arrived before 11 and had my new garage door springs on and the door ready to go by noon. When my garage doors needed service, Precision showed up on time - even a bit early - and actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem with my door. The technician even called the manufacturer directly, who said they no longer supported that particular model opener. He also pointed out some very valid reasons why I may want to consider a new motor and door all together. He explained it to me in simple, clear language and showed me evidence that I could understand the reason for his recommendation. I had to agree, but because I have two doors and wanting to match colors, and not wanting to run into the same problem somewhere down the line, I elected to purchase two new doors and openers. They arrived, the installer called me when he was expected to be on location and when I came home from work that day, two absolutely beautiful garage doors were installed. When I pressed the operations buttons, I couldn't believe how "whisper quiet" the motors were. My goodness, if I was sleeping, these doors wouldn't wake me up! The color is beautiful and the installer was VERY considerate of my garage. There was no mess left behind. I am very happy with the appearance, operation and installation of these garage doors. Precision Overhead Doors delivered the exact service they said they would, and they did it when they said they would. They were professional, and considerate. I would HIGHLY recommend them (and in fact did to my neighbor) to anyone looking for garage door service.

ten years ago I had my Garage door rebuilt and it came with a lifetime guarantee. I call a local guy and got a price to fix my broken spring, my wife said we have a guarantee, so I called Precision. They said the business had been sold but would were trying to make all reasonable claims whole. The service person came out did a great job for the price of a service call.I saved $XXX. Our usual garage door repair service would not return our calls for help, so we contacted Precision Overhead Door Service. Even though it was a Saturday, your service technician Tony arrived well before the promised time and had our garage door working like new in about 90 minutes. Tony was very personable and quite easy to speak to. He patiently answered all of our questions while efficiently going about his work. If your gargage door needs repair dont call any one else.

Tony was great. Very friendly and answered all questions I had for him during my door springs replacement. He even found and corrected a problem with the right side lift cable. It seems the cable was winding backwards and was rubbing on the roller wheels, this problem was from the installation when the house was built in 2003.

Ryan and helper showed up within the appointed time frame and began to bring the new door and hardware into the garage immediately. They neatly removed the existing wooden overhead door and tracks and began installing the new steel door. They worked without stopping for three hours to complete the installation, connect the existing Genie door opener, checking operation and make the necessary adjustments to door and opener so that they worked flawlessly together. On completion of the testing phase they cleaned up the work-site including cleaning the new door of all hand prints with spray detergent. I am very happy with the installation and their professionalism. I saw the A rating on Angie's List and am not disappointed with the quality and care. Also, Mr. Paruta keeps in contact through email at every stage of the purchase and installation including links to YouTube related to understanding garage door break in techniques used by criminals. Very valuable to know about. I took the hint and modified the release lever on my garage door opener to keep thieves out.
