WOW great service and super fast, I phoned at 4:00 pm had a return call by 4:45 and service man was on site by 6:00 pm same day. Problem was broken spring on a 40 year old 10 ft wooden door. Service tech professionally explained process and estimate for repair had all parts on truck and had me up and running smoothly in a half an hour. Great job guys would deffinetly recommend and if needed call again. Thank you

I had 3 quotes for my new garage door and even though the Precision quote was a $100 more they offered a lifetime warranty on parts and any service calls. The competitors that quoted me did not offer that kind of warranty. They only offered Lifetime warranty on the door and the motor. How can you not choose Precision one service call is a minimum $150.00. The Precision representative did a great job with insulation and was very professional and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived.

Installed a garage door opener a few years ago with Precision opener and have been completely satisfied. The opener operated so smoothly and quietly I decided to replace the openers in my other two garage bays as they were old and noisy. Equipment and service are top shelf and extremely professional.

I had a cable break and a hung door as a result. Bob suggested a total rebuild of the 35 year old wood garage door. After some detailed discussion I agreed it made sense. Happy I did. Bob did great job explaining and performing the work. He is an asset to the company

The technician that repaired my mother-in laws door was great. I thought we would have to replace at least two panels be he was able to save it. However he was not able to repair the damage she did to the car. She may not be driving much longer as she has hit the house and every side of her two year old car.

The Technician, Pat M., that repaired the broken spring on my garage door was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained the options that I had for the repair and answered all of my questions. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Mike, the technician, arrived at the time he told me he would and promptly evaluated the situation. He recommended the best course of repairing the springs on both of my garage doors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. After he completed the work he cleaned the whole area and explained how the new springs worked, their benefits and the warranty that covered them. I needed new cables and my torsion springs rewound. Precision's same day service was super convenient. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and did a great job. I would give a 4-star rating based on that alone. However, my 1-star rating is because of the ridiculous cost of my repair Precision charged for the two new cables! That is OUTRAGEOUS considering you can buy a pair of cables yourself for a FRACTION of that cost.
