I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service . The Serviceman Daniel Sayre was excellent explaining what was wrong with my existing garage door opener and what options I had. I choose to replace my unit with what Daniel recommended a PDS 800 DC OPENER W/2 REMOTES AND KEYPAD. The opener he recommended runs so quite you can't hear it. Great Job Again!!!!

The entire experience from the phone call to the end result was exceptional. The tech arrived sooner than expected (bonus) and was very clear about what the options were. He didn't try to sell a whole new door or opener system. He diagnosed the problem and explained the three options he recommended. It wasn't the typical up sell. He was completely equipped with everything to do the job on his truck and after we decide on which option to go with, he immediately got to work and the door was working better than ever in no time. He took all the old broken parts with him and was very thorough in his clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone I know. Overall experience was amazing!

We had same day service on a holiday. Our serviceman called ahead of time and asked if he could come early which was appreciated. Repairman was very pleasant but left a mess in my garage. There was broken glass from a lightbulb and scraps He also told me the new opener would be $595.00 and he would give the senior discount plus I had a $15.00 coupon. Then he tells me he made a mistake and it was $695.00 but he said he gave a free second remote and a free pad box opener. That would take care of the discounts so it came to $595.00. I paid and he left me no receipt or warranty info. I was not happy!

We are so sorry for the confusion. We just started a new computer system and some of the technicians are struggling with the software. The warranty is included on the invoice and those are all sent electronically or by mail if requested.
