We had same day service on a holiday. Our serviceman called ahead of time and asked if he could come early which was appreciated. Our serviceman was personable and knowledgeable and explained everything well. It was definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision based on this experience.

Repairman was very pleasant but left a mess in my garage. There was broken glass from a lightbulb and scraps He also told me the new opener would be $595.00 and he would give the senior discount plus I had a $15.00 coupon. Then he tells me he made a mistake and it was $695.00 but he said he gave a free second remote and a free pad box opener. That would take care of the discounts so it came to $595.00. I paid and he left me no receipt or warranty info. I was not happy!

We are so sorry for the confusion. We just started a new computer system and some of the technicians are struggling with the software. The warranty is included on the invoice and those are all sent electronically or by mail if requested.

Rob was out on 6/17 to check our door. He explained what had to be done. We had the old Wayne Dalton set up on both garage doors which were problems from day 1. We decided to have all the hardware and springs done on both doors. Rob did a great job and had them both done faster than I expected. Thanks Rob appreciate all your help and knowledge.

as a resident of hamburg,when my cable snapped, my first thought was to call Hamburg overhead...monday12/31...they were closed for the holiday....saw Precision ad in yellow pages....lucky me.....service was excellent....showed up in a couple hours...collin was very professionial, answered all my questions, and did an excellent repair job. When i eventually order a new door.....Precision will get my business!

Because of the awesome quality and warranty you give to your product and good pricing. Colin was a great representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. Unfortunately we had to purchase from "Brand X" because they could install in 2-3 weeks. Probably be calling you to replace this door in a few years. Sorry the 4-6weeks out didn't work for us. I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

Hesitated to respond a bit to ensure that garage door would keep working past a few days. So good, so far. Patrick was great; worked quickly and efficiently. The non-response to remotes, and keypad problem does seem to have been fixed. Kudos. Dave
