Pat came to fix our door which the spring was broken on it & we wound up paying about $7,000 for a new door. The reason for this was we trusted Pat & he fixed our door anyway so we had a working door while the new one was on order. He was a professional, we sat & talked for a good long time about the options & he was a great sales rep as well as a great maintenance guy. We waited about 3 - 4 weeks for the door to come in & the two gentlemen that came were professional & installed the door in about 3 hours. They we're kind & considerate of me & my questions & it was just a good install all the way around. Thanks so much, Chris

Mike and Dan were very experienced, professional, efficient and neat installers. We have every confidence that our garage doors were installed properly, and that the doors themselves are good quality. Chrissy, in the showroom, helped us pick out the door type and style. She was extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help to us. She showed us all our options and guided us to something appropriate for the style of our home. She did a great job! Based on our experience, we would recommend this company without hesitation.

Precision installed our new garage door and it was an outstanding experience, from our initial service call to final installation. Communication was excellent from the office, keeping us informed of timelines, to our technician, Matthew P., who did a great install job, as well as guiding us with hardware selections and ongoing care. We highly recommend Precision!
