Pat has been with Precision for over a decade now and you'll find me handling most door inquiries as well as in the field tending to customers concerns. He was born in Syracuse and raised in Cheektowaga New York. He attended Erie County Community College and then traveled to Florida to provide hurricane relief with FEMA. He lives in Amherst with his wife and together we have a beautiful daughter. Pat spends his spare time with his daughter playing sports.

Great service and timely arrival and same day response...Patrick was very personable and explained clearly what problems I had with the garage door...After different options were offered I chose to purchase a new door...I was not pressured into making this choice...I congratulated him on his baby girl"Aurora Grace"and so should you!!! My techs name was Patrick. He was very businesslike, friendly and courteous. He explained the work to be done and the time it would take. I needed a new cable. I purchased the package for total garage repair(cable, rollers, springs etc.) he was very proficient in his job. When the work was done explained and showed me his work. I was very pleased. The old expression..you get what you pay for...rang true. As I am 66yrs old and with shoulder problems, it makes my day so much easier. Patrick was professional, arrived on Time and reviewed the problem with me. Immediately identified the problem and explained actions to correct. I mentioned that the door is quite loud when opening / closing and he recommended replacement of rollers. Now the until is almost silent - much improved. Excellent service quality and totally professional technician. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We learned of Precision through Angie's List where we purchased a deal to have our garage door tuned up and rollers replaced. In checking over the door when he first arrived Patrick said that one of the springs was not working correctly. He quoted me a price for 2 springs but then realized that the wrong springs were put on the door when it was repaired last and we actually only needed one of the Precision brand saving us money in the end! Patrick was very personable and did a great job.

My garage door opener stopped working Friday night. I called a little after 9am Saturday morning and Patrick was here by 10am. After determining it was not possible to repair the existing opener, Patrick installed an entire new unit in about an hour. Patrick was very personable and did a great job.

No one likes to spend money on these types of repairs, however as a homeowner, you have to expect it. I was pleased with the service we received from Precision and was able to schedule the repair for the very next day after I called. (Had called another company and their "soonest-available" was 8 days out!) Appreciated the e-mail they sent with company information and which technician was scheduled to do the repair. Pat M. was very personable, respectful and he knew-his-stuff! He explained everything, and answered all my questions. Entire job was complete in about an hour. As is always the case, I needed to have garage door springs repaired because a spring broke unexpectedly. I went to telephone book and went right to the yellow pages. I called 2 companies with no response and then called Precision. They called back right away and I explained I needed someone out same day and within 15 minutes a technician called me back and within 35 minutes after that he was at my home. Patrick was courteous, professional, clean and very informative. He explained what I needed to do as a minimum and then also offered other options and services. It is solely because of his professional approach that I chose to go with the overhaul package to include springs, rollers, cables, etc. he is a great representative for Precision and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for garage door services. This is the second time I have called Precision. I was very impressed with the level of professionalizm the first time that I was sold on their service. The level of service on the second call was just as impressive as the first. The service tecks in both calls were friendly, and efficient.
