The installer was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would (amazing!) and finished when he said he would. The new opener is working smoothly and is quieter than the old one. Love the keypad which I didn't have before.

The person who answered the phone was quick to help. She sympathized with my issues and offered a next day appt. I was told a tech would be on site between 4and 8pm. Pat called at 4:30pm to give me an idea of arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would and got right to work. The first thing he did though, was shake my hand. That made me feel very trusting in his honesty and work ethic. And I was not disappointed at all. He worked efficiently, offered alternatives and shared the pricing as the job went on so I was not surprised at the end. He was a true gentleman and an asset to your company.

A cable snapped on my garage door in the middle of January (of course). I called Precision and Patrick came out that afternoon. He was very knowlegeable and his estimates turned out to be right on target. I was going to wait for another estimate, but was glad I didn't when the other company did not get back to me for several days. Bill was on the installation team during the chilling weather. They were delayed , but he had called to tell me and they did finish the job on schedule. They even did a little patch up work on my wall, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the product and service were refreshingly superb for a situation that I was not looking forward to. Thank you Precision!

Due to unfortunate circumstances related to Williamsville's deep freeze, I found your company when my garage door was completely engulfed in ice damaging the cables, rollers and spring and making the door inoperable. The technician dispatched to me was Pat Murrett who I immediately bonded with! He was sympathetic to my crisis but very knowledgeable and respectful (taking his dirty boots off to walk through my house to the garage). He assessed the situation and due to the extreme ice he was unable to do the job yesterday. The ice on the building first needed to be removed! He came back today, exactly as planned and put my garage door back together even better than it originally was. While this job was certainly not in my budget I feel that Pat gave me my money's worth including a lifetime warranty on the work and parts. I would highly recommend Precision for their customer service ethics and their ability to select talented, knowledgeable technicians to back up their standards. "Patrick" came as promised on a terrible winter day and corrected the minor problem with my garage door opener. He was polite and explained what had happened. We called and they came out the very next day. Our Tech was Patrick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us a few things we might want to consider in the future as the garage door is quite old. He fixed the rollers and Wala the door opened and closed VERY QUIETLY (yea). We would not hesitate to have them come and do the other work. Patrick was a real sweetheart !!! Great employee !!!!! I must say that I appreciate that you can see your teck on the site. Even though my husband was home It gave me a sense of security. More so if I was a woman home alone.

5 STAR!!! Service was excellent. The technician, Michael B. Holbok, was on-time, very polite; scoped out the problem and then informed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and offered several suggested remedies for me to choose from. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the opener works excellently!! I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who may need work done on a garage door and / or opener. In fact, I will be replacing a second garage door opener in the near future and I will request that Mr. Holbok be the technician that does the work when the time comes. Bottom line I was exceptionally satisfied with the workmanship that Mr. Holbok did.

Pat showed up exactly when he said he would and did an exceellent job. He gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each of the options. The price he quoted for the work was the price we payed. No high pressure sales and no nonsense. He was extremely professional, explained all of the work that he did, made sure we understood all of the details, warranties, etc., and the area of the garage that he worked in was spotless when he left. We have a detached garage and the outside temperature was three degrees the evening he arrived and installed the garage door opener and repaired the garage door. I would highly recommend Precision if you have any issues with your garage door.

After watching a you-tube video and not being able to fix the broken cable on our own, we did a Google search and decided to call Precision. They offered emergency service on a very cold Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very personable, informative, and efficient. He explained his work and what we need to do to keep our system in proper working order. The work area was clean when he left. As it turned out, the you-tube video was part of Precision. I was surprised to find my garage door opener unable to do its job today. I called your company(Precision Door) at 935 am and was delighted to have a scheduled appointment by 2pm. I had my garage door serviced today including oiling and changing the rollers. My door was not in good shape initially and made a lot of noise upon opening and closing. I was informed by the serviceman that the bottom rollers were so rusty they weren't turning at all. He replaced the rollers, oiled the springs and the door now closes very quietly. I was very pleased with the work, the serviceman and the prompt response time and punctual arrival. I will definitely use Precision when it comes time to replace my door in the next couple of years.
