We purchased the Garage Door Maintenance with Nylon Roller Replacement that was offered by AAA at a discount for $XXX. Precision Door was very professional, they made an immediate appointment. Mike called before he came and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He and his colleague changed the rollers and checked the rest of the door, opener and springs. They lubed everything and then explained about certain issues with the existing equipment. Mike never tried to up-sell me or pressure me into buying anything more than I contracted for. I asked him questions about a new opener and new spring system if needed and he was very forthright again without being pushy. I had a very nice experience with Mike and Precision Door.

Mike came to help me on Saturday 4/12. First I was surprised I could get help on a Saturday which I was very thankful for. I could not get out of my garage due to a broken coil so I surely did not want to be housebound for the weekend. So he came in a timely manner and fixed my door. He was pleasant, thorough and explained everything to me before he began his service. He pointed out additional problems which would probably show them in the foreseeable future and was able to correct them too. I was totally satisfied with Precision Door

No one likes to spend money on these types of repairs, however as a homeowner, you have to expect it. I was pleased with the service we received from Precision and was able to schedule the repair for the very next day after I called. (Had called another company and their "soonest-available" was 8 days out!) Appreciated the e-mail they sent with company information and which technician was scheduled to do the repair. As is always the case, I needed to have garage door springs repaired because a spring broke unexpectedly. I went to telephone book and went right to the yellow pages. I called 2 companies with no response and then called Precision. They called back right away and I explained I needed someone out same day and within 15 minutes a technician called me back and within 35 minutes after that he was at my home. Patrick was courteous, professional, clean and very informative. He explained what I needed to do as a minimum and then also offered other options and services. It is solely because of his professional approach that I chose to go with the overhaul package to include springs, rollers, cables, etc. he is a great representative for Precision and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for garage door services. Dear Mr. Paruta, Your service was unbelievable. My garage door stopped working late Saturday afternoon. I saw your ad in our local Phone book and called. It was 5:15PM. Your female rep arranged for someone to come out Sunday afternoon. She was so nice. Well I can't say enough about your service rep.Bill. He was great. So professional. He came Sunday - worked for over an hour but had to come back on Monday as the door needed an additional part. He lube and tighten everything as well as replace a left frame that was dislocated. Bill arrived promptly and have a great assessment of my issue. He explained eveything logically so I understood what needed to be completed. He work efficiently and explained everything as he was going along. He checked the garage door thoroughly after service was completed. He was respectful and easy to get along with.

Although he mainly came to give me an estimate on what I wanted done which is a door tune up he asked me if I would like to do it while he was here which I was agreed. My door wasn't working. I called on a Friday and got a Saturday appointment. The tech showed up right on time and found a loose wire in about 2 minutes. The tech was neatly dressed, polite and professional. I would use Precision without hesitation. The only reason I only rated 4 stars is because I was charged $XX For the two minutes of work. I think for he $75, the tech could have at least lubricated the tracks or something. Nevertheless, I would call them again.

Gary, We thank you for the review. Regardless, of how much time we spend at your home to fix your problem there must be some type of charge for coming to your home unless it is a free estimate. Each technician can see five customers a day. Most companies charge much more than this just to show up to your home with no work included

I purchased a deal for roller repair from Angies List. I received a prompt and courteous phone call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. The technician, called before arriving and was prompt and very courteous. Our garage doors are quite old and we discussed the option of repair or replace. Michael defined all of our options clearly. No pressure, no sales techniques. Just basic information. After discussing, we decided to replace and upgrade our doors. Pricing was fair and the company was willing to work with us. The doors should be installed in a few weeks which is very reasonable. So far I am extremely pleased with company and Michael specifically.

Due to frequent freeze / thaw cycles this winter ice buildup caused detached garage to warp just enough for garage door to get caught on track bracket. Technician knew immediately how to remedy the situation and completed the job quickly and competently. Also replaced trolley on opener mechanism which was warped. Excellent service and affordable pricing.

Our repairman was very courteous and efficient. He explained the possible problems with our garage door opener and some solutions. As he worked on the door he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our door opener problem. He was able to fix our opener by replacing the sensors. He showed us some things to look out for and to keep Precision in mind if we need more help with our door. We will recommend Precision to our family and friends if they need help with their doors.
