My son called Precision first thing this morning, and within two hours the installers arrived to address my broken garage door springs. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail and reassurance we were given. What's more, they honored my earlier contract, so all costs were covered. I was very satisfied that I was able to receive service the same day I called when I needed someone on short notice. Bill was professional and courteous and was very efficient in getting the work done in a timely manner. I was unable to be at home for the 1-5pm window they gave me, but Bill was kind enough to give me a call 30 minutes in advance so I was able to return in time and not be stuck at home. I called for repair expecting to replace my door openers in the $XXX range.....Bill Geary was my repair guy and after inspecting my doors and $XXX later I am good to go. Bill was incredible, great work ethic, knowledgeable and very respectful. It was more than I expected to pay and I'm ecstatic to know I won't have to worry about my garage doors again. I don't know how much he makes, but he deserves a raise!

I found Precision via Angie's List when I backed into my old, crappy needed to be replaced anyway door. What a professional bunch of people! The sales process was quick and easy. Installation day was only two days later on the coldest day of the year so far. The guys worked tirelessly with freezing fingers and no complaints. Each person knew what to do and when to do it. The door was installed flawlessly, tight to the frame and the lift was absolutely silent (pretty surprising for such a heavy door). We had a somewhat unusual opening, so they had to return with jamb seals, but they were right on time as promised and the job completed. I will also enter a response in Angie's list. All in all, 5 starts and a recommendation that you can't go wrong with Precision!
