I was very satisfied with the work Ryan did. He worked for as long as it took to install my new garage door and I didn't even see him take a lunch break. He came back when I had a minor issue a couple of days later. It only took a minute to fix and have not had an issue since. I would recommend them and will call them again when and if necessary. Couldn't believe how great and easy this process was. I had Mike H as my technician and the guy was great. Totally fast, great work, professional etc... all of that in the middle (what I thought was sure to be the end) of his daily route - all in 15 degree weather !!!! Only way it could've been better was to have it done for free, but in reality (based on the experience and Mike), I would've paid double. Thanks!!!!!!

Mike was very thorough in explaining what happened to the garage door springs and everything else to me. He made suggestions on what he thought should be done and what didn't need to be replaced or repaired. I felt he was very honest. I would call your company again if I had another problem and I would also refer your company to a friend. Also I called your company at 5:30 a.m. and you were very accommodating in scheduling a time for me.

My name is Rich. Buchman. I had a new door opener installed in April of this year 2013. It worked great all summer! When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem. I would personally like to thank Bill, one of their technician for taking the time to find and correct the problem! Your service tech Mike H was very professional and courteous, in explaining the problems with our existing garage door and informing my wife and I of all the options we had. In the end we choose to install a new garage door, operator and whatever else it needed. Mike went to great length to explain these options to us and was not at all pushing us to install new instead of making multiple repairs.Again we are very happy we choose your company. When my garage doors needed service, Precision showed up on time - even a bit early - and actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem with my door. The technician even called the manufacturer directly, who said they no longer supported that particular model opener. He also pointed out some very valid reasons why I may want to consider a new motor and door all together. He explained it to me in simple, clear language and showed me evidence that I could understand the reason for his recommendation. I had to agree, but because I have two doors and wanting to match colors, and not wanting to run into the same problem somewhere down the line, I elected to purchase two new doors and openers. They arrived, the installer called me when he was expected to be on location and when I came home from work that day, two absolutely beautiful garage doors were installed. When I pressed the operations buttons, I couldn't believe how "whisper quiet" the motors were. My goodness, if I was sleeping, these doors wouldn't wake me up! The color is beautiful and the installer was VERY considerate of my garage. There was no mess left behind. I am very happy with the appearance, operation and installation of these garage doors. Precision Overhead Doors delivered the exact service they said they would, and they did it when they said they would. They were professional, and considerate. I would HIGHLY recommend them (and in fact did to my neighbor) to anyone looking for garage door service.
