As is always the case, I needed to have garage door springs repaired because a spring broke unexpectedly. I went to telephone book and went right to the yellow pages. I called 2 companies with no response and then called Precision. They called back right away and I explained I needed someone out same day and within 15 minutes a technician called me back and within 35 minutes after that he was at my home. Patrick was courteous, professional, clean and very informative. He explained what I needed to do as a minimum and then also offered other options and services. It is solely because of his professional approach that I chose to go with the overhaul package to include springs, rollers, cables, etc. he is a great representative for Precision and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for garage door services. Dear Mr. Paruta, Your service was unbelievable. My garage door stopped working late Saturday afternoon. I saw your ad in our local Phone book and called. It was 5:15PM. Your female rep arranged for someone to come out Sunday afternoon. She was so nice. Well I can't say enough about your service rep.Bill. He was great. So professional. He came Sunday - worked for over an hour but had to come back on Monday as the door needed an additional part. He lube and tighten everything as well as replace a left frame that was dislocated. My door wasn't working. I called on a Friday and got a Saturday appointment. The tech showed up right on time and found a loose wire in about 2 minutes. The tech was neatly dressed, polite and professional. I would use Precision without hesitation. The only reason I only rated 4 stars is because I was charged $XX For the two minutes of work. I think for he $75, the tech could have at least lubricated the tracks or something. Nevertheless, I would call them again.

I purchased a deal for roller repair from Angies List. I received a prompt and courteous phone call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. The technician, called before arriving and was prompt and very courteous. Our garage doors are quite old and we discussed the option of repair or replace. Michael defined all of our options clearly. No pressure, no sales techniques. Just basic information. After discussing, we decided to replace and upgrade our doors. Pricing was fair and the company was willing to work with us. The doors should be installed in a few weeks which is very reasonable. So far I am extremely pleased with company and Michael specifically.

Due to frequent freeze / thaw cycles this winter ice buildup caused detached garage to warp just enough for garage door to get caught on track bracket. Technician knew immediately how to remedy the situation and completed the job quickly and competently. Also replaced trolley on opener mechanism which was warped. Excellent service and affordable pricing.

Our repairman was very courteous and efficient. He explained the possible problems with our garage door opener and some solutions. As he worked on the door he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our door opener problem. He was able to fix our opener by replacing the sensors. He showed us some things to look out for and to keep Precision in mind if we need more help with our door. We will recommend Precision to our family and friends if they need help with their doors.

Ryan and helper showed up within the appointed time frame and began to bring the new door and hardware into the garage immediately. They neatly removed the existing wooden overhead door and tracks and began installing the new steel door. They worked without stopping for three hours to complete the installation, connect the existing Genie door opener, checking operation and make the necessary adjustments to door and opener so that they worked flawlessly together. On completion of the testing phase they cleaned up the work-site including cleaning the new door of all hand prints with spray detergent. I am very happy with the installation and their professionalism. I saw the A rating on Angie's List and am not disappointed with the quality and care. Also, Mr. Paruta keeps in contact through email at every stage of the purchase and installation including links to YouTube related to understanding garage door break in techniques used by criminals. Very valuable to know about. I took the hint and modified the release lever on my garage door opener to keep thieves out.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision. My garage door broke late in the evening on a very cold night. The technician arrived around 8:30 pm and was here until almost midnight. He did a great job and was able to fix my door so I could get my vehicle out for work in the am. In addition he was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!!!

After a panic-striken morning of a broken garage door, Precision was able to come within an hour of my call. The technician, Mike H. was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me options to get my door working again. After less than 2 hours, the mechanics of my garage door, from springs to cables to a variety of other issues, were fixed and all was good. Mike H. went out of his way to find me a better discount than what was on the web and he explained the problems very clearly. I would absolutely call Precision for a repair again and certainly recommend Precision to anyone who asks.
