I liked the work that was performed. The cost of replacing the springs and related hardware was pricey. I guess that is what we have to pay if we are to get life time warranty. I have no complains with the technician. He was very professional and the quality of his work was very good.

I was very happy with the spring repair performed by Jarred on my door. Being an engineer and working in maintenance for 20 years, I know changing garage door springs is not for the amateur (safety), so I called on Friday for a non-emergency repair and Jarred was out on Monday. Jarred was very professional, worked quickly, and did a quality job. I will use them again and I recommend them for others.
