We had an outstanding customer experience and would definitely rate it at 5+ stars. The weather was awful and our technician Robert went above and beyond to fix an old garage door that seemed hopelessly jammed shut. He made sure that the car inside was not damaged during the repair and was so patient with a fix for a very difficult problem. Great job!

They were at my house within 2 hours. Anthony and Bill were very professional and were more consultants than sales people. My garage door works better than when it was new. They even called me back later that day to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Work performed was total replacement of worn parts including door springs, cable pullys, and rollers; it is like having a new door. The cost was higher than expected. I mentioned the repair and cost to work associates and thought the price was high and recommended other garage door businesses they used.

Jim we aren't the cheapest company, but a scary fact is that with normal use, industry standard parts are designed to last only 5 years. He not only changed the codes but looked at the whole garage itself and quickly fixed some of the small issues I had. Although he mainly came to give me an estimate on what I wanted done which is a door tune up he asked me if I would like to do it while he was here which I was agreed. I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision. My garage door broke late in the evening on a very cold night. The technician arrived around 8:30 pm and was here until almost midnight. He did a great job and was able to fix my door so I could get my vehicle out for work in the am. In addition he was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!!!

I was very satisfied that I was able to receive service the same day I called when I needed someone on short notice. Bill was professional and courteous and was very efficient in getting the work done in a timely manner. I was unable to be at home for the 1-5pm window they gave me, but Bill was kind enough to give me a call 30 minutes in advance so I was able to return in time and not be stuck at home. I called for repair expecting to replace my door openers in the $XXX range.....Bill Geary was my repair guy and after inspecting my doors and $XXX later I am good to go. Bill was incredible, great work ethic, knowledgeable and very respectful. It was more than I expected to pay and I'm ecstatic to know I won't have to worry about my garage doors again. Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.
