Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.

We had an outstanding customer experience and would definitely rate it at 5+ stars. The weather was awful and our technician Robert went above and beyond to fix an old garage door that seemed hopelessly jammed shut. He made sure that the car inside was not damaged during the repair and was so patient with a fix for a very difficult problem. Great job!

Work performed was total replacement of worn parts including door springs, cable pullys, and rollers; it is like having a new door. The cost was higher than expected. I am so pleased with the service I received from Precision. My garage door broke late in the evening on a very cold night. The technician arrived around 8:30 pm and was here until almost midnight. He did a great job and was able to fix my door so I could get my vehicle out for work in the am. In addition he was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!!!

I was very satisfied that I was able to receive service the same day I called when I needed someone on short notice. Bill was professional and courteous and was very efficient in getting the work done in a timely manner. I called for repair expecting to replace my door openers in the $XXX range.....Bill Geary was my repair guy and after inspecting my doors and $XXX later I am good to go.
