My name is Rich. Buchman. I had a new door opener installed in April of this year 2013. It worked great all summer! When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem. I called Precision Door this morning at 8am. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 8 and noon. Their Technician Bill G. arrived before 11 and had my new garage door springs on and the door ready to go by noon. Took advantage of a special they were running on a garage door tune up. Work order scheduled in a timely manner with communication via email and phone calls up to an hour before technician arrived.
