I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. As one of Precision's most experienced talents you'll find me in every aspect of the business. After graduating St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in 2000, I continued my education at Buffalo State and was also an All American football player. After a season in Arena Football, I headed to Spain to play and coach American football for 3 seasons. Since then, I has settled back home with my beautiful wife and kids.

My 16 yo daughter pulled out of the garage a little soon. She was selecting her music for her ride. Unfortunately, the garage door was only half way up and she smashed into it. Precision door services was there in less then an hour even though I did not request an emergency call. The technician who came was completely professional and cost conscious. He evaluated the situation and made adjustments. He was able to "save the door" and tracking system. He recommended reinforcements but did not try to nickel and dime me for an absurd amount. I was so happy with his professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this company. The technician really tried to work with me to make my garage door functional and safe. I understood everything that he was explaining and why he recommended certain reinforcements. Now on to repair the car. LOL

The technician that repaired my mother-in laws door was great. I thought we would have to replace at least two panels be he was able to save it. However he was not able to repair the damage she did to the car. She may not be driving much longer as she has hit the house and every side of her two year old car.

5 stars for certain. Service within 12 hours on a weekend. Service Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Did repair (replacement of tension springs) inside of 20-25 minutes. Payment by credit card on tablet was easy. I've never been more satisfied paying for a service because I know it was necessary for long term as opposed to a band aid and I truly appreciatiated the council & service.

Ashley was very CustomerCentric when I called to make an appointment. She understood that I needed an early morning service delivery due to my work schedule and that it was important as my garage door would not automatically close. Mike came as promised early in the morning and fixed the door as well as made reasonable recommendations on preventive maintenance. Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. The Technician was pleasant, curtious and knew his stuff. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. The technician installed the opener in less than two hours and was on his way. Efficient, pleasent and painless.

Mike, the technician, arrived at the time he told me he would and promptly evaluated the situation. He recommended the best course of repairing the springs on both of my garage doors. I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!
