I was very pleased with the service. The technician was very good at explaining the process of replacing the spring and allowing me to watch as I was curious how it was done. He did point out that a bearing should be replaced (it was shot).

I would give Mike the technician a 5 star rating. He was thorough in explaining what to do to keep the door operating in the future. He removed his boots to use the bathroom. Overall a nice personality and a good representative of your company.

Technician Mike Holbok arrived within 2 hours of my first call to Precision. He explained everything about the new opener after first asking my needs. The work was performed perfectly , Mike was polite and cleaned up after himself, including taking away my old opener! 5 stars for sure!

I was in a jam, had been planning a Christmas party and preparing everything by putting it in my car for the last two days when, the night before, our garage door broke. I have a seminar the in the morning but scheduled a garage door appointment and had my sister in law there. The professional was on time, courteous, and explained it several times as we had multiple people in and out of the house while I was away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advise on how to keep the garage working and in the best condition.
